Skarner Rework Concept #2

Skarner the Awakened Brackern
Role: Juggernaut Position(s): Jungle, Top
Pros: Mixed Damage, CC, Tankiness Cons: Low Mobility, easily kited, lower Damage compared to other Juggernauts
Passive: Crystal Vanguard Every 20 (-5 at the levels 5, 9 and 13) seconds, enemies will be marked with a crystal. If Skarner basic-attacks an enemy with a crystal, he deals 14 (+6 per level)(+15% AD)(+30% AP) bonus magic damage, slows the enemy by 25% (+5% at the levels 3, 6, 9, 12, 15 and 18) for 2.5 seconds and gains Crystal Charge for 6 seconds.
Crystal Charge: Skarner gains 70 (+2 per level) bonus movement speed, 43% (+5% per level) bonus attack speed and restores 2% maximum Mana each second.
These following enemies can be marked with a crystal:
- Enemy Champions
- every 3rd minion in a minion wave
- Siege minions
- Super minions
- Large monsters
- Red/Blue buff
- Dragons
- Rift Herald
- Baron Nashor
Q: Crystal Scar Active: Skarner stings all enemies in a line, dealing physical damage and applying Crystal Poison to them for 7 seconds.
Crystal Poison: The enemy suffers magic damage per second and is always slowed a bit. If Skarner basic-attacks a poisoned enemy, the debuff will be extended by 0.5 seconds (max. 3 seconds). If the enemy gets hit by Crystal Scar while poisoned, they are stunned and the debuff gets consumed.
- Physical Damage: 90/120/150/180/210 (+70% bonus AD)
- Magic Damage per Second: 6/10/14/18/22 (+10% AP)
- Slow: 2/4/6/8/10%
- Stun Duration: 0.5/0.75/1/1.25/1.5 seconds
- Target Range: 600
- Cooldown: 8/7.5/7/6.5/6 seconds
- Cost: 40/45/50/55/60 Mana
W: Crystalline Exoskeleton Active: Skarner shields himself. Reactivate the ability to put it away and charge it up (5% max shield strength per second). If the shield gets destroyed, Skarner has to wait until he has a shield again. If Skarner activates Crystalline Exoskeleton while the shield has max. shield strength, he gains Crystal Charge for 6 seconds.
- max. Shield Strength: 10/11/12/13/14% maximum health (+80% AP)
- Cooldown if destroyed: 14/13/12/11/10 sec.
- Cost: 50 Mana
E: Fracture Passive: Skarner's basic attacks reduces the cooldown of his Crystal Scar and Fracture by 0.25 seconds, quadrupled to 1 against enemy champions.
Active: After a 0.55 seconds delay, Skarner slams his stinger into the ground and sends out a shockwave which deals physical damage to all enemies hit. Enemies hit will also be rooted for 0.05 seconds before getting pulled in 400 units to Skarner and receiving magic damage.
For each enemy hit with Fracture, his next basic attacks within 4 seconds deal bonus magic damage.
- Physical Damage: 45/65/85/105/125 (+40% AD)(+70% AP)
- Magic Damage: 70/90/110/130/150 (+80% AD)(+35% AP)
- Bonus Magic Damage on Basic-Attacks: 15/25/35/45/55 (+20% AD)
- Effect Radius: 800
- Angle: 55°
- Cooldown: 16/15/14/13/12 seconds
- Cost: 70/75/80/85/90 Mana
R: Impale Active: Skarner suppresses his target enemy for 2 seconds while dealing physical and magic damage and gaining Crystal Charge for the same duration. At the end of the duration, the target takes the same damage again.
Enemies marked with a crystal receive increased damage.
For the duration, Skarner can move freely and drag his victim around with him but cannot attack them.
- Physical Damage: 30/55/80 (+80% AD)
- Magic Damage: 50/75/100 (+100% AP)
- Damage Increase: 35/55/75%
- Target Range: 400
- Cooldown: 120/100/80 sec.
