Could you use this Skyrim outfit for a skin design?

The above is from the Witch of the Wild outfit mod for Skyrim. I consider it a personal favorite when playing as a Necromancer Vampiress. Very sexy.

Who do you think this outfit could work best on? I'm personally thinking Karma; giving her a dark/evil skin could be a nice change of pace for her. Syndra would be a close second, but IMO this outfit would kinda look too similar to her Classic skin, so I'd rather it be for Karma.

Or maybe... MAYBE it could be used for whenever Evelynn gets her VU. With a few tweaks, of course.

Any thoughts?

well... too sluty for riot. I'm pretty sure that they want to keep this game as pg-13 as possible but i'm not saying this isn't pg-13. i honest;y think this could go well on a victorious soraka or victorius janna skin but lol, it's my thoughts as they would look great with it.
