Ultimate Skin: Combat Master Jax

A couple of year ago i made a post about giving jax an Ultimate Skin called "Bladetaker Jax". Now i want to update that idea and call it "Combat Master Jax". This ultimate skin would have jax become an even greater master of battle allowing him the ability to take his enemy weapon and use it and their fighting style.

• Killing melee enemies would let you pick up their weapon
• Killing mage enemies that does wield a weapon would let you absorb their magic energy into a gem on your staff. This gem would change color depending on the mage slain
• Killing range enemies would change the look of your staff to region version staff design. Example: if you kill ashe your staff turn frosty
• Special cases some champion would give you
