[Champion Concept] Pakim, the Divine Peacekeeper

From the land that would be consumed and become the Void, back when it was untouched by the darkness, Pakim reigned supreme in an utopian peace. The entity that drove the spread of the corruption tore open a portal in reality and flung Pakim into a far off land in a far off time, so it can spread it's influence unopposed.

Now Pakim seeks to return to the past and undo the evil that birthed the Void.

Melee-ish Support/Tank

Passive - Divine Blade: Pakim can only target friendly units with his auto attack, which heals them for X% his ad and ap.

Q - Peace by Force: Pakim can target 2 champions, one from each team, the targets can not target or damage each other for a few seconds.

W - Build Bridges: Pakim can coat a wall or other structure in light, for several seconds, allies can ignore collision with that structure.

E - Banish the Darkness - Passive: Pakim leaves a trail of vision behind him.

Active: Pakim summons a slow but mobile ball of light that can be controlled like a pet and scout a great range around Pakim. Enemies can attack the ball, dispersing it and placing this ability on cooldown.

R - True Peace: Pakim creates an area that pacifies all other units and champions in the area, healing allies for X% their max health and healing enemies but for much less.

Passive - Broken, honestly. With no cooldown your allies can just go trade and you basic attack them right up. Q - Can be used to troll but the concept is nice W - I don't know how that would work tbh but it's a nice concept, although this can be easily busted if used wrong E - A filler ability, can be used for something else R - Kindred ult but better.

Honestly his kit doesn't stick together that well, it's like you wanted a true and real support. He would be more annoying than Soraka. But the idea is nice, i'll give you that, you just have to tweak it a bit.
