Healing (Noxian) Jungler concept

I'm thinking of a champion who specializes in healing magic, but uses them in a noxian light of healing as a means to kill the enemy. They can also be played as a traditional support but are not as strong in that lane. Not putting in any official numbers on anything because it would require testing to properly balance.

Passive - Never Turn Back: Nearby Allied Champions move faster towards enemy champions whenever that enemy champion takes damage.

Q - Get Up: Cast on self, or an allied champion to heal them, healing more based on missing health, if you cast this on an allied champion, and that champion attacks an enemy champion within a few seconds, the heal is automatically applied again. (Scales with AP)

W - A Cure For Weakness: Shoot out a thin cone of three magical projectiles, damaging for a percent of current health and slowing based on the amount of damage done. (Scales with AP)

E - Drain the Humors: Dash forward and stab an enchanted blade in the direction you dashed (this does AOE in an area similar to a yasuo Q), poisoning AND causing bleed damage, dealing both physical and magic damage over time. The cooldown is lowered if you hit an enemy champion. (Scales with AP and AD)

R - Noxian Promotion: Buff an allied champion that gives them a small amount of armor, magic resist, health regen, AP, and AD, which will constantly stack higher and higher as long as they keep tanking/doing damage, but if they move in a direction that does not have an enemy champion in that direction general direction, they lose the buff. You can also cast this on yourself.

The general gank would revolve around running in with your E to help your ally catch up because of your passive. Followed by slowing the enemy with all 3 of your W projectiles due to your close range, dealing the strongest slow you can. During this you will also heal your ally when they get close enough to attack, generally playing to go on as strong of an offensive as possible.

In teamfights your ult has a lot of strength, Either throwing it on your carry to make them much harder to kill, or on your juggernauts and tanks so that they can just barrel through enemy lines. Placing it on yourself during a duel also works but because it scales with how much damage you deal out and tank, it's best left to strong carries or tanks.

The general theme of this champion is being a support who's niche is in turning your teammates into a heavily offensive force but he does not have much in the way of defending, if his offence fails, he doesn't have much left.

Interesting champion

I always felt Noxus need a semi traditional support.

Here is my take on a Noxus support
