So far we only have three marksmen that throw stuff at people. Draven, Sivir, and Kalista. Would love to see another champion that just throws stuff like knives as a basic attack.

Have him hit with a really big stick. A stick with a range of 550 or more.
I would like to see a champion with ridiculously long arms. He would slap any foes within 550 range who oppose him. He would have short legs, so that would mean slow 325 MS. But it would be all good, since his E allows him to travel quickly using his arms, massively increasing MS, but reducing his range to 125, which is the reach of his stubby legs.
Rocks. They throw rocks.
Release skin is they are replaced by snowballs...with rocks in them.
We don't have a bot lane marksman who uses a blow gun, or one who uses an exteme long range weapon like a whip. I'd personally pee my pants in excitement if we got a ranged ADC who uses a whip.

I want to see an adc that uses magic hand blasts instead of a weapon but it could be mistaken as a mage design wise
a sling champion that has insane stats but his passive is that his auto attacks have a 50% chance to hit a different nearby enemy.
Smite has Xblanque and I'd love to see something like that! I dunno how much another bola-throwing champion overlaps with 
though...
I really want another void monster. Last one was Reksai.
We don't have a grenade or rocket launcher, but that'd be pretty similar to Ziggs/Tristana.
