Suggestion: Skin Reservations

So as we all saw earlier.. the store was overloaded BIG TIME after the PROJECT skins were released. So I was thinking of how best to remedy such a situation and came to the idea of skin reservations.

When Riot has announced a new/upcoming skin? You're immediately able to go to the store, use your RP, reserve that skin and when it releases? It's automatically added to your account. This will save time and prevent the store from getting overloaded like earlier and in other instances.
