I've never had a suspension or a ban. I had ONE chat restriction in three years. I've got all my banners/crests, too. But I got permabanned because I got stuck with a toxic team and, yes, retaliated a bit but stayed WELL WITHIN the ToS. Ridiculous. It just goes to show you that Riot doesn't care about the individual players - it only pays attention to the majority even if that majority is wrong.

That you were permabanned with no prior punishment doesn't make sense though. I suggest submitting a support ticket.

I meant my concerns were not considered as seriously or effectively as I would have liked and instead got the standard copy paste "We are aware of your concerns but I am afraid that at this juncture we are unable to comply with your request due to (insert company bologna here)" .

I'm sorry it felt like we weren't listening, or that we didn't care. :( I promise that we do. Since Player Support receives thousands upon thousands of tickets every day, we have some macros to help improve the number of tickets Rioters are able to answer -- but we do always intentionally select what macro is being used; it wasn't automated. If you don't feel like your questions received enough consideration, try replying to the ticket response to let them know they didn't address your concerns. We may not be able to actually do anything about something like a ban (if we investigate and confirm that chat was toxic), but we should definitely be answering all of your questions.

I don't know if support has improved a lot (it seems like it has! So I think that's good), but when my account was hacked years ago, I kept getting the wrong macro response :( That was really irritating, because the hacker was actively playing games on my account and screwing people over. Doing stuff like rammus mid going mobility boots, 0/34 in a ranked game over and over. This is something that not only fucked over my account and dropped it into bronze, but it fucked over every single person the hacker played with because the support agent wasn't paying attention. It's really important that if you do send out macros, that you are not doing so at the expense of quality customer service.

I don't work in Player Behavior or Player Support, so I don't have access to your chat logs, but based on the information you've given us in this post, I agree that the punishment does not appear to fit the crime. I'm sorry you've had a shitty experience; I understand why you're angry. I can't promise anything since I don't know what the rest of your chat logs look like, but I'm going to email PB and see if we can open an investigation on this ban. I don't know if they'll email you, write back on your support ticket (if you've already written one), or reply in this thread, but you should hear back from us about this once it's investigated.

thank you <3 It can be exhausting at times, but it's the most gratifying work I've ever done -- largely because of the passion we all have for the game and our players (sounds so cheesy, but it's true~!<3)

It really does show, for instance I used to play rotmg until it became a pay to win game, at that point I just quit and was just playing single player games. Once I found lol about two and a half years ago I could tell why it was so popular and that the company as a whole actually cared about they players, not just their money. And the fact that he is threatening legal action is not only insulting, but shows how little he understands about online cooperations in general

Make a new account ( or whatever you are doing at this moment ) and add me. Nazuz. I will help you get back up to 30. It's hard acting correctly in LoL. Now-a-days you just have to mute and do less communicating when arguing. I'm sure you aren't a bad person, but it is hard to grasp league code of conduct when it comes to reportable offenses. Stay positive, stay kind and I'm sure you can get back up to 30 and work your way to being a up to date account. I'll accept it, and anyone else who wants to play or needs help. :)

If they were a money first company, the would have paid subscriptions to play LOL.
Bans to LCS players, are banned from competitive LOL. Totally different things. The only instance where they reversed a permaban is with Jensen, and even then he had to go through a lot of reforms and he never got his accounts back.
Your punishment is due to more than one game. It was do to numerous games. This was an example of where you went wrong.
You can create a new account for free and never spend a dime on the game.
There is no legal action that you can take.

TL;DR you don't actually own your account. Ergo you have no property taken away from you. Every game has a clause like this in their TOS.

With the new punishment system, you don't get chat restrictions alone. You get 2 chat restrictions and a 14 day ban. It's an escalating system.
It does not matter if a duo reports you, false reports do not harm you.

I suggest muting them upon entering the match by typing "/mute all"

Whoa whoa whoa! You mean there's a command to mute everybody in the game all at once?

Why isn't that a loading screen tip? Hell, why isn't that a champion quote when you select them? Sona "Only you can hear me Summoner, and if you only want to hear me type /mute all in the chat."
