Snowballs really ruined ARAM.

I mean it really, really did. It made the game far too easy to win if you're ahead and completely took away any element of strategy. Literally ONE person can get snowballed (no pun intended) before using it to dive into a team or near people to pick them off. That just completely kills the experience for me and I cannot stand it.

Please. Remove. The. Snowball mark.

Disagree, snowballs made it so that Poke champs weren't completely oppressive and an instant win for the other team. It made every champ a poke champ. I stopped playing ARAM because I hated the long distance nature of it, this has made it much more in your face and fast paced.

That's an issue left to item prioritization. That's what it means to play strategically. You're going to most likely have some sort of ranged champion on your team and if not? You just need to strategize better. If your team is winning? Literally all you need is a team with five snowballs and you can dive in and just run over the enemy team. Which, to me, makes the idea of comebacks less appealing and possible.

And it's not just one or two people taking it, either - it's entire teams.

That's the only problem that Snowball actually has. Something that Riot has Addressed, but perhaps not fully fixed. The Entire enemy team dog piling you is what's not fun.

My issue is the Short range cases. Even after the range nerfs, it still has fair range, longer than most champion abilities. But those Are hard to hit. Occasionally, you end up trying to throw it a group, hoping to hit someone, except that some one may not be someone you can kill.

But in the Short range case, It's pretty much a sure shot. Very short travel time, little ability to dodge, and can be followed up upon almost instantly. In some cases, it's better than flash. Perhaps what it needs is a small cast time.

But over all, Snowball is a good addition to the game. I particularly like it in some niche case, like when your playing a Juggernaut, and an enemy Assassin dives your team. I have been able to use Snowball as a fall back device, Not just as an engage tool.
