Pre-game mutes/reports.
Why doesn't the pre-game lobby have a mute function or a report button? It should be possible to mute someone intentionally being toxic or report someone spamming, troll picking or just straight up being a jerk.

That's called "adding a player to your block list". Copy his name, paste it in the block player box, click the plus button and then yes.
