Allow Emotes/Icons to be changeable in Champion Select

I know, I know. Another thing to sort through during champion select, but there is a good reason behind this.

As people get more and more emotes, the likely hood of changing the set up is less likely. I have more emotes than I can use all the time because I never change my wheel. However, if I were in champion select, and I was playing a certain champion or match up, being able to select emotes related to the champion that you are playing would help diversify emote usage.

For example, if I was playing kench, I would want to swap out my Lulu emote for the kench emote.

Same basic concept for icons.
