Will add summary in end.

Finally got a comment! And at +3 now!

Passive:
**Epiphany of Deception**

Using a skill grants a buff on his next auto attack. The buff, when consumed, grants 5% movespeed and a small cloak (0.2/0.4/0.6/0.8/1, at lvls 1/5/9/13/17). Charges cannot stack.

Q
**Mirage Strings**

Adds 200 range to his next auto attack, increasing damage by 20/40/60/80/100 + 30% AP. When this is triggered, Kasrik is thrown back 400 units, and dodges all targeted attacks directed at him before he is finished moving. Targeted attacks include: Auto attacks, targeted abilities, auto-targetting abilities, and items.

Mana Cost: 40 at all ranks.
Cooldown: 18/16/14/12/10

W
**Euphoria**

Increases Tenacity by 10%/15%/20%/25%/30% and move speed by 10%/20%/30%/40%/50% for 4/5/6/7/8 seconds. While it is active, auto attacks extend the duration of the move speed by 0.5 seconds, up to a total of 2 seconds.

Mana Cost: 40/50/60/70/80.
Cooldown: 16/15/14/13/12.

E
**Shadow Vault**

Kasrik leaps toward your mouse, not crossing walls or player created terrain. He opens a pit between his start and end, which slows enemies for 10%/20%/30%/40%/50%, and if they stay in it for 2/1.9/1.8/1.7/1.6 second(s), they are snared for 1/1.5/2 seconds (at ranks 1, 3 and 5). Deals damage equal to 20% AD + 20% AP each second (but ticks constantly, like a Fiddle's Drain).

Mana Cost: 30/40/50/60/70
Cooldown: 12/11.5/11/10.5/10
Max Range: 600

R
**Fatal Stab**

Stabs a chosen target for 300/400/500 + 50% AD + 50% AP. After 2/2.5/3/3.5/4 seconds, they are healed for 50% of the damage, if they are not dead. If his target dies, he gains 20%/25%/30% move speed for 2/3/4 seconds, stealthing for 0.5/1/1.5 seconds.
When this skills is off cooldown, a large ceremonial sword appears strapped behind his back.

Mana Cost: 100/100/100
Cooldown: 180/140/100

Stats: These are rough numbers.

Health: 530 - 1890, + 80 per lvl.
Mana: 310 - 820, + 30 per lvl.
Armor: 31 - 60.75, + 1.75 per lvl.
Magic Resist: 30 - 53.4, + 1.25 per lvl.
Health Regen: 6 - 23, + 1 per lvl.
Mana Regen: 6 - 27.25, + 1.25 per lvl.
Attack Damage: 53 - 104, + 3 per lvl.
Attack Speed: 0.590 - 0.94105, + 3.5% per lvl.
Move Speed: 340.
Attack Range: 175.

Summary: Kasrik is meant to be a mobile, low damage, low life champion. His damage is mostly, hybrid, but more towards AD. His main strength is poking enemies down, weathering down tanks and chunking squishies each combo. Both E and W can be used as gap-closers, but W should be saved for the cleanse (if possible, and needed). Q is a quick escape that deals a little bonus damage along with it. He is heavily skill reliant, but has low mana, and slightly above average mana sustain. Mana items are definitely key, as well as engage/disengage items such as Dead Man's Plate, increasing his poke and trade. His passive opens opportunities to weave in and around your enemy, confusing them to no end. I hope people have interesting things to say, (that means no saying inexact things). If something is wrong, please give a suggestion to correct it, no matter how bad. Don't just say it's over-powered.

He can be played in top, though with a relatively average early game, but a huge power spike once he reaches 6. If he's poking constantly, the enemy will be in a constant state of danger, anticipating the ultimate.
He may also be played in mid, if you're careful. Proccing your passive on the minions allows for good positioning, to get heavy poke combos. However, he must first burn a skill to activate his passive.
Late game, he should fall off. The ult damage isn't quite high enough except to finish combo's against squishies, and his poke is easily out-matched, in terms of range. However, in teamfights, he may be quite a menace, weaving in and around your team.

Details: He uses a whip, which is why he has relatively long range for melee, only using the sword for his ult. Have no idea what he should look like.

Lore - New lore. Thank you ShatteredSkys!

The legends tell of a path, In the Plague Jungle. It is said to connect to the lost city of Azul, a city of treasure beyond the imagination of any mortal man. Yet nobody takes this path. Mages tell their apprentices to stay away, at all costs, explorers pretend it doesn't exist, and treasure hunters avoid it like the plague. They do so, not because of the dangerous wild-life, nor the noxious plants, nor the crazed witch doctors of the region, for their are none on this path. Indeed, what is here repelled all away. They do so because of an entity known as Kasrik, an apparition, taking the shape of a boy wearing a strange mask. No one knows what Kasrik is; some claim it's the result of a ritual to summon a demon gone wrong, while others say it's the left over ambient magic from the Rune Wars. But its origin doesn't matter to these people: all know from survivors, the few that there are, that those who take the path are plagued by visions of a boy, before being cut down.
But not everything is what it seems, is it?

Also tried to fix grammar.

"I can't believe you actually convinced me to do this." muttered Stan "This is absurd......"

Ahh, I'll just copy-paste the whole thing.

"Hey, you’re the one that decided to follow me," replied Bill. "Besides, you'll be thanking me when we're rolling with treasure!”
The two young explorers had a heard the rumor of the lost city of Azul, and deciding to test their luck, they came to try and brave the Plague Jungle. But now they were actually at the path, Stan was starting to doubt his decision. On their way, they had to fight off hordes of horrendous beasts, evade carnivorous fauna, and barter with the mysterious witch doctors of the region. But here? There was nothing. Nothing stirred, nothing moved, and the only thing he’d seen, was a boy gazing into the sky, at the full moon. And yet this was more disturbing than reassuring, for when he had approached, the boy disappeared.

"C’mon! Quit daydreaming! By the time we get there, all the treasure will be gone because you're so damn slow!” shouted Bill, as he rushed down the path.

"Alright, alright, calm down," replied Stan. He set down the path, already partly regretting this choice.

The path felt eerie, the normal ambiance of the jungle was gone. It was so quiet, the only thing he heard was the sound of him and Bill breathing. Disturbed, anxious, and nervous, he reached down for his sword-

Whoosh!

Startled, Stan leans back, attempting to block whatever it was with his sword. However, he was too slow. A burning pain erupted through his ear, and crying out, he quickly turned to find his attacker. To his surprise, standing in the shadows, was a dark silhouette. The figure stood still, and Stan thought he made out a large sword on his back.

And astonishingly, he thought he had recognized the boy from before.

"Hey! What the hell are you doing!" Bill shouted.

"Get your sword out!" replied Stan angrily, "There's some kind of kid down there-"

The shadow was gone.

"I could have sworn there was some kid-" said Stan, “See, it hit my ear with so-”

The pain in his ear was gone.

"Just calm down man! You’re creeping me out!" replied Bill. "Look, it's just the ambient magic or something like that alright? Just focus on the treasure and we'll be rich in no time. Got it?"

"Got it." Stan gulped, and he kept his sword in his hand.

After covering quite a distance, the duo came across a river and decided to rest.

"Seriously, put away that sword" said Bill, clearly annoyed. "We're not in the back streets of Noxus, or anything. We're not going to get mugged."

" I know" replied Stan "But this jungle, it's ju-

Crrrrack!

A thin shadow flies past Stan's shoulder. Gasping, he turned to face his attacker. This time, he’s certain. He's much closer, but for some reason Stan can't make out the boy’s face. It's covered in some kind of darkness-

"Put away that damn sword! You're going to take off my head with that!" Bill screamed angrily. But by now, Bill was as freaked out as he was. He’d also seen it, but clung to the faith that is was an illusion.

"How about you get your sword out!" yelled Stan just as angrily. "That things att-"

And yet again the boy was gone.

"What the he-" said Stan

"Will you calm down already! Look, I already told you it's just some kind of illusion! It's like that old saying: Not everything is as it-

"Seems?" Came a soft whisper from behind.

Simultaneously, they turn the face behind them. Mid-turn, the ground beneath them collapsed, and their legs buckle, falling into a pit.

Disorientated, Stan tries to stand up, only to be met with a sharp pain in his chest. He fell back, leaning against the wall. When his vision cleared, to his horror, he saw a terrifying black sword protruding out of his chest.

And directly in front of him, is the child.

But this time he can see him clearly. To his shock, he realized that it wasn't darkness blocking the boys face, but a mask.

With his remaining strength, Stan swiped out at the figure with his arm, sword still in hand. The boy leaped backwards, leaving him.
Stan pushed himself to his feet, climbing out of the pit and ran back down the path.

In the midst of all the action, he did not realize one thing. Bill was no longer with him.

But what did it matter? thought Stan. He was a dead man walking, and would soon bleed out from the sword wound and-

The sword was gone.

Stan stumbled backwards, touched the place where the sword had struck him, the wound is gone as well.
By this point, he was too astonished to feel any sense of awe.
Perhaps it had all been some crazy illusion, thought Stan. Maybe Bill had been right, maybe it was just the ambient magic playing with them.
But either way they were leaving this place, even if he had to drag Bill out of here

With that thought, Stan cautiously turned back toward the river.

To his shock when he gets back there's no pit. It was just like it was before the attack. Luckily, Stan saw Bill propped up against a tree, resting.

Maybe it all really head been an illusion, Stan thought, relieved.

"Hey Bill, get your lazy ass up we're getting out of this place-"

When Stan got closer, he realized that Bill’s shirt was covered in a dark red liquid, which could only be blood.
And tattoed on his face was a black image of a mask, smiling evilly.

Hi! ^_^ Felt like your post deserved some love so here's my feedback on your champ! Sorry if I'm a bit harsh.

Before I go into depth I just want to say it's really hard to itemize for hybrid champions. LoL does have hybrids but none of them are played as hybrids, no one builds ad on Akali and Ez only goes AP or AD not both.

Passive: Cool idea, definitely lets him hit and run. However stealth is really frustrating to play against and it really isn't fun to concstantly spam cloak. Think about Vayne in her ult, not fun. Also makes him weak to pink.

Q: I think this might a little too safe and too reliable. There isn't any real counter play to this and I think the backward dash should optional. I think this personally should be a skillshot and have it's damage increased.

W: Umm the screw cc spell? I guess it's ok but i think his w could be a little more interesting idk i don't think it meshes with his kit that well.

E: Interesting ability personally I think it's pretty cool. Can't say anything bad about it.

R: I think this ult is really cool actually, creates cool counterplay but at the same time makes him really weak to proper team with peel. Also gets absolutely fked over by a zhonyas.

Lore: I think that the lore doesn't tell me enough Karsik to be interesting. All i got form it was he's a boy that some kind of mask on. I don't see what his mindset is, why he has his abilities, nor do i really know anything about him aside his origin.

Overall: One of the main issues I have while reading this is I have no idea what I'm supposed to be building on him? You recommend Dead man's Plate a tank item, you also say he needs mana, and he's all damage hybrid so he can't build tanky without drastically reducing his damage. I don't think he needs mana issues or being a hybrid neither really provide that much benefit as well as hamper his itemization. I think he would be better all ad. Another issue I have is that his niche feels INCREDIBLY similar to Zed. They both are mobile, safe, poke, have an ult that can be countered with proper teamwork and similar itemization. But he doesn't bring the damage Zed brings nor the waveclear. I think overall you might want to to increase his damage and try to move away from Zed's niche. Interesting idea can't wait to see where it goes :)

I think the itemization is a tab all over the place, it's kind of difficult to build a champion with so many stats and make it work.

As for w you might want to borrow something from Dota 2's Slark. They're actually also pretty similar probably more similar than zed. http://dota2.gamepedia.com/Slark

Lore:

I'm not a great writer but here's my idea about possible lore for him. I had to change somethings around since there wasn't many details but i hope you like it.

In the Plague Jungle there's a path that according to legends is said to connect the lost city of Azul, a city of treasure beyond the imagination of any mortal man. Yet nobody takes this path. Mages tell their apprentices to stay away at all costs, explorers pretend it doesn't exist, and treasure hunters avoid it like the plague. They do so not because of the dangerous wild life, nor the noxious plants, nor the crazed witch doctors of the region for their are none on this path. No one knows what Kasrik is, some claim its the result of a ritual to summon a demon gone wrong while other say its the result of the ambient magic left over from the Rune Wars. But its origin doesn't matter: all people know from survivors is that those who take the path are plagued by illusions of a little boy before before being cut down by their visions. But not everything is what it seems, isn't it?

"I can't believe you actually convinced me to do this" muttered Stan "This is absurd....."

"Hey your the one that decided to follow me," Replied Bill "Besides you'll be thanking me in the morning when we're rolling with treasure!"

The two young explorers had a heard the rumor of the lost city of Azul and decided to test there luck and brave the Plague Jungle. However now that they were actually at the beginning of the path Stan was starting to have his doubts. On their way here they had to fight off hordes of horrendous beasts, evade carnivorous fauna, and barter with the mysterious witch doctors of the region. But here there was nothing, nothing stirred, nothing moved, and the only thing he had seen was a little boy looking toward the full moon, when he had approached the boy he disappeared. An illusion a figment of his imagination.

"Cmon! Quit daydreaming! By the time we get there all the treasure will be gone because you're so damm slow! Shouted Bill as he rushed down the path.

"Alright alright calm down" replied Stan as he set down the path, he would soon regret this decision.

To Stan the path felt eerie, the normal ambiance of the jungle was gone. It was so quite that the only thing he could hear was breathing of him and Bill. It was disturbing and set him on edge, nervous, he reached out for his swor-

Whoosh!

Instinctively Stan blacks the projectile with his sword. he quickly turns to find his his attacker and to his surprise standing in the shadows is the boy he saw earlier. For some odd reason he can't make out the boys face and this time the little boy is carrying a large sword on his back.

"Hey what the hell are you doing!" Bills shouted

"Get your damm sword out!" replied Stan angstly " There's some kind of kid down there tha-"

The boy was gone.

"I could have sworn there was some ki-" said Stan

"Just calm down man your creeping me out!" replied Bill "Look it's just the ambient magic or something like that around here alright? It causes people around here to have crazy illusions. Just focus on the treasure and we'll be rich in no time got it?"

"Got it" replied Stan but he still kept his sword in his hand.

After covering a considerable distance the duo came across a river and decided to rest.

" Seriously put away that sword" said Bill clearly annoyed "We're not in the back streets of Noxus or anything we're not going to get mugged."

" I know" replied Stan "But this jungle it's ju-

Whoosh!

Some kind of projectile zooms past Stan's ear. He turns to face his attacker and again to his shock sees the little boy. This time he's much closer and for some reason Stan can't make out his face. it's covered in some kind of darkness-

"Put away that damm sword! Your going to take off my head with that!" Bill screamed angrily

"How about you get your sword out!" yelled Stan just as angry "We're under att-

And yet again the boy was gone.

" What the he-" said Stan

" Will your calm down already! Look I already told you it's just an illusion! It's like that quote everything is not at it-

"Seems?" Came a muffled whisper behind the two.

Startled the duo turn the face the source. As they do so the ground beneath them collapses and they're tossed into a pit.

Disorientated Stan tries to stand up only to be met with a sharp pain in his chest. When his vision clears to his horror he sees a horrific back sword protruding out of his stomach and directly in front of him is the child but this time he can clearly see him. To his horror he realizes that it wasn't darkness blocking the youths face but a mask.

With his remaining strength Stan swipes out at the child with his sword causing the youth to back off. He quickly jump out of the pit and runs back down the path.

But what did it matter thought Stan, he was a dead man walking. he would bleed out from the sword wound and-

The sword was gone.

Amazed Stan touches the place where the sword had struck him, the wound is gone as well.

Perhaps it had all been a crazy illusion thought Stan. Maybe Bill had been right maybe it was just the ambient magic playing with them. But either way they were leaving this place, even if Stan had to drag Bill out of here they were leaving.

With that thought cautiously Stan turn back toward the river.

To his amazement when he gets back there's no pit. it was just like it was before the attack. To his relief Stan sees Bill propped up against a tree resting.

Maybe it had really been an illusion Stan thought relieved.

"Hey Bill get your lazy ass up we're getting out of this place-"

As Stan got closer he realized that Bills shirt is covered in red and covering his face is a black mask.

it's your champ do whatever you want with you want with story, personally I really liked how you changed it so far. It's worded a lot better than what I wrote.
