passive: speedforce gains +1 movement speed and attack speed every 15 seconds.

q: time travel resets all characters in short radius around him to previous locations in past 3 seconds. flash health does not change, but other characters do.

w: time acceleration speeds up time and all characters in a medium radius around him have enhanced movement speed and abilities go on cooldown faster.

e: phasing goes through anything for the next 5 seconds. including damage.

r: speed gains 3000 movement speed for the next 10 seconds.
