Skin idea: Shockblade Talon

Q - Lightning strikes the target when Q hits, and instead of a literal bleed effect, the target suffering from the bleed has an electric aura around them. Remember the old Ignite's particles? Just think of it like that, except instead of orange fire around them, it's blue electricity.

W - Talon's shurikens leave behind sparkling trails of electricity as they move forward and back.

E - A lightning strike appears behind the target, and is where Talon appears.

R - Talon's shurikens shoot out around him, leaving trails of sparkling electricity in their wake as they move out and return. Every time someone gets hit by the ult moving forward and back, they are struck by lightning.
