Need to dump some champ ideas

I just need a place to drop all my ideas that I've accumulated. There are champ groups, sorted into events. This is for thematic effect though. Note: Most of these are extremely unfinished. Please, no hate ;)

Champ Group 1 - Piltover Romance Event

Psyche

Jinx's crazy sister. The central idea behind Psyche is that like how champs like Jayce and Nidalee have 2 forms, she has 3. These forms would have roles. I was thinking something like a Sustain form, Initiation form, and a Denial form. I am fully aware how hard this would be to balance, but I think if each form is clearly - and only - useful in it's particular job, then it should work just fine.

The Sustain form would have a bunch of poke, and maybe a heal/shield. The Initiation form would have a hard CC source, and some mobility (preferably to enemy champs). The Denial form would be about saving objectives, like holding them off a tower, or stealing a dragon. Maybe an execute or knockback?

Lore-wise, I think the concept of a painter/artist has not been explored. Maybe she could have a green/blue/yellow colour to each form? It's up in the air, really. I've avoided implementing any real values. Stuff in brackets scales with AD/AP (Mostly AP, but depends), while plain "x" just means it has a basic scaling. Here's what I've kinda thought of so far:

Form 1: Draw (Initation mode) Q: She marks an enemy champ, allowing all her other abilities to lock on with extra range. Additionally, this deals x(x) magic damage to the target. W: She throws a bucket of paint to an area, slowing all units in the area by (x)%. If a marked target is available, the paint applies double the slow. E: Psyche dashes forward a small distance. If a marked target is available, she will automatically jump to them, dealing x(x) physical damage

Form 2: Design (Sustain mode) Q: Psyche can set up a canvas which gains charges based on damage done in a wide area. This canvas lasts x minutes, and charges can be expended for health at any given time. W: Psyche fires a paint brush to a designated area, gaining damage as it travels. Once reaching the area, the brush deals x(x) magic damage in a small area. Can be reactivated for an earlier, less powerful explosion. E: She summons a sponge at a point, which then travels back to Psyche, dealing x(x) magic damage. All damage dealt by the sponge returns x% of damage dealt as mana.

Form 3: Decorate (Denial mode) Q: Passive: Any damage source from Psyche applies a stack of Art. Active: Psyche deals (x)% of the target's health according to the amount of Art stacks on the unit. Note: This passive only works in Denial mode. W: Psyche summons a wave of ink which travels forward, dealing (x) magic damage, and knocking back enemies. E: Psyche applies a coat of paint to an enemy or ally unit. After x seconds, this paint solidifies. If cast on an enemy, this deals (x) magic damage and renders them invulnerable for x seconds. If cast on an ally, this gives a shield with (x) health.

R: When activated, allows the Q, W and E buttons to be activated. Q activates Sketch, W activates Shade, and E activates Shine Note: To be balanced, this should have a cool down of noticeable length, otherwise this can, and will be spammed, giving Psyche too much.

The problem with Psyche is that she basically covers every possible situation; if you have nine abilities, there's pretty much nothing you can't do. From what I see, her kit would let her fill any role; she's just overwhelmingly versatile.
