Corki, the Yordle in the Skies
Role: Marksman
Position(s): ADC, Mid
Pros: Mixed damage, Mobility, deals high damage with AA and abilities Cons: Squishy, little CC, no team utility
Hextech Munitions (Adjusted Passive): Corki's basic attacks deal 30% AD physical damage and 70% AD magic damage.
After 8 minutes elapse, The Package is delivered to both corners of Corki's fountain, which he can pick up after channeling for 1 second. Doing so grants him one cast of an modified spell within the next 60 seconds, as well as 40% bonus movement speed out of combat prior to the ability being cast, after which The Package goes on cooldown before being delivered again (240 seconds).
Missile Barrage (New Q): Passive: Corki periodically stocks a missile, up to a maximum of 4, and start with 4 missiles every time he respawns.
Active: Corki fires a missile in the target direction that explodes upon enemy collision, dealing magic damage in that area.
If Corki basic attacks an enemy, it will be marked for 4 seconds. Marked enemies suffer increased damage from Missile Barrage.
Package Bonus: Corki fires all missiles stored at once, dealing 30% damage per missile and slowing all enemies hit by 40% for 2 seconds.

Barrel Roll (New W): Active: Corki's next movement command will let him dash to the target direction for 0.75 seconds while gaining invulnerability for the same duration.
Package Bonus: The dash range is increased by 650 and Corki also leaves behind a fire trail which lasts for 5 seconds, dealing magic damage over time.

Gatling Gun (Adjusted E): Active: Corki sprays bullets in a frontal cone for 4 seconds, dealing physical damage every 0.25 seconds and reducing the target's armor and magic resistance each tick, stacking up to 8 times, lingering for 2 seconds.
Gatling Gun does not hinder Corki's actions.
Package Bonus: While Gatling Gun is active, Corki gains bonus attack speed and his basic attacks deal bonus true damage.

Airstrike Alert (New R): Active: Corki sends out a rocket anywhere on the map, which will land after 3 seconds, dealing heavy magic damage to all enemies hit.
- 50% damage to enemies on the blue zone (outer edge).
- 100% damage to enemies on the green zone (inner edge).
- 150% damage to enemies on the yellow zone (outer core).
- 300% damage to all enemies on the red zone (inner core).
Corki and his allies can always see where the rocket will land while enemies can only see it 0.45 seconds before it lands.
