Custom Banners for Queue Screen

I only just thought of this since I saw the nice little touches done to the banner when queueing up in 6.20. The lane icons were given a gold tinge and that got me looking at the rest of it as a whole. It looks really good, but what if we could have custom designs to the banner we could get in the store?

Either have it rank related and given each one a unique look/colour or put out a dozen or so designs people can pick up for IP. It's simple and a nice aesthetic touch to something that's been around for a while now.
