Customizing Items on Enemy Champion and Test Dummy in Sandbox Mode

I could not find any discussions or videos that could tell me whether this was possible, so i'm asking and suggesting it here (since I can't go on the PBE forum).

Can you edit the items and level on the enemy champion bot in sandbox mode? It looked like you may be able to do something about level, but i'm not sure if that wasn't from just skipping time (which takes too long, given that everything else is nearly instant at your fingertips).

• If you could click on the enemy item shop and purchase any item combinations for the bot would be awesome to see how your build works against a specific one on a champion.
• That being said, can you change which champion bot it is you are up against? And could you make it possible to choose from the entire roster?
• Can you set how much HP the bot or test dummy has so you can practice something like double, triple, quadra or penta jumps with kha'zix?

Would it be possible to change your own champion in-game rather than leaving and re-entering? Can you change your own runes and masteries in-game via your set pages? How does my thunderlords stack up against my fervor? How much burst do I need against this champion to proc Stormraider's Surge who's using this set of items?
