2 Week No-Ban period on New Champions in NORMALS only.

Just as the title says, new champions just released should receive a 2 week grace period where they can't be banned so that more games can be played with the champion and better data collected in a shorter amount of time to further balance the champion hopefully in the next patch or two.

I went with 2 weeks simply because that seems to be the general consensus as far as i'm aware before a new champ is taken off of most individuals perma-ban list in Ranked play. Not a lot of people like it when people take a wild card into a ranked game because they just haven't had enough practice on them yet. Not everybody spends the whole day practicing the new champ under a variety of conditions (bots, normals, practice tool, etc.) before taking them into a ranked game, and you can't rely on them not being banned by 1/10 of the people in a normals game (or they are taken by someone else before you even). Thus, you can't even guarantee that you will get the live practice you want before playing a ranked game to begin with and not troll your team.

How about we make it a 1 week no ban in normals and a 1 week disabled in ranked?

Two weeks might be a bit much, but if Riot makes quests that can only be completed with a certain champion that champion should be on a no-ban list for the duration of the quest, again for normals only.

Ive played only 2 games with a team-mate using the new champ, both games they 'accidentally' stole my first buff while leashing. coincidence? I think not!
