Hello!

Is it possible to work with a splash designer to help get this idea on paper?

I am not very artistic when it comes to detail and human characteristics, that being said I need help. I have had this idea in my head for a while now and I believe that we can make it a reality. But I need help to transcribe my thoughts.

_ A little background as to why._ I have recently picked up Karthus and while it is not rare for me to come up with skin idea for champion I play, this champion was unique. Karthus really has a problem with creativity when it comes to skins. His main go-to skin is just black with a simple robe, and 0 particle alterations witch make the champion hard to keep playing for people like me. I'm aware of his update and how that sets the base particles to look very good; but there is more potential. While I might be biased in some way I don't think that should over-shadow the potential of this skin and future ones. Moving on from the dissapointment of the harrowing skins, to the snowdown here is my idea:

THE IDEA! I'm going to try and make this as descriptive as possible so that you can understand my thoughts.

Name: Dark Candy Karthus / Frost Fire Karthus / Frost King Karthus

>** Description (Splash art)**: " Karthus is positioned as if about to attack with an in game auto-attack, leaning slightly forward but barely noticeable.” (Demon trynd, Imperal Xin, Blood moon Thresh, Warden Jax would be good examples) His clothing is thick grey-white with a canvas texture and light cloths which have a slight purple / bright blue hues (huehuehue). His scepter is A frost-bitten staff with faded details, and the top, a opulent design of jagged and sharp ice with a vibrant blue / purple crystal in the middle glowing as if about to attack. His morellonomicon is similar to the original with frost bitten edges and a white tone to it. In addition Karthus has a tattered / torn rag around his mouth and a determined look in his hollow eyes. His hat is subtle and well defined, close to the original with ice shards and blue / purple hues to it (huehuehue). His armor is also bitten by the frost; edges sharp and defined, with the cold steel fading in luster to the elements. The scenery is in a blizzard (his e) with harsh conditions and the wind blowing his garments including his face cloth. In Game Q: A simple yet chilling bubble, first the frost ring, then the sharp and quick detonation of the bubble with a quick and simple ice cracking noise (different pitch based on isolated target) W: Icy pillars on both ends with an aura of cold, the actual wall would have spectral ghosts inside, the color would be a ghostly / blue and white and the slow would be a cold soft ring of frost around target. E: A flurry of snow and ice shards rotating in a circle with hints of spectral ghosts inside. R: (The ice cream topper) Like his original with different colors and particles. The effects itself would have an icy cold appearance, and when detonated, the explosion a sharp violent shattering of ice and crystals. When killed by requiem the soul would then float up quckly white and ghost-like.
