Deep sea Vel'Koz

I was playing a game with Vel'Koz on the Rift and i couldn't stop thinking of how much he resembled a squid! Which got me thinking about the ocean and BAM deep sea Vel' came to mind. This skin would only make sense kog maw has a deep sea skin cho gath even does! Imagine a vel'koz shooting a bubble as his q and a mini tilde wave as his w. his e could be a big blast of water. This would be a very creative skin and goes along well with the already current deep sea skin themes. Thoughts? Comments? Do you agree? Do you think this skin is likely if it gets enough attention?
