Option to play with the same team?! Please?!

So since now the new honor system is basically a copy pasta of Overwatch, why cant we also have an option to play with the same team we just played with?

Alright jokes aside, I rarely get a team that performs well overall, so the few times that I do I would love an option to stick with them. Ofc as long as they want to as well. Its just an idea, but I don't see why I couldnt work. (And it would stick with the Duo rule in place right now, cant happen in challenger)
