(POLL) What causes most losses?

Please take a second to vote on which of those options causes you the most losses.

You don't have to but I'd like to understand how everyone feels about their lost games.

Thank you for your time.

EDIT.

Should of clarified a bit better but when I thought of losing games because the enemy team played better than me I resulted to it being my fault that I played poorly. If you lose a game there is always something you could of done better, maybe "Playing poorly" wasn't the right choice of words but it's the first thing that came to mind. Since it doesn't let me edit the poll just imagine there is a /Making a mistake next to option #6. Sorry for confusion.

Your categories seem to indicate that if it wasn't for outside factors, a player would win every single game and eventually be #1 rank in challenger.

When you reach your appropriate rank, you should lose 50% of all games.

I'd say the majority of my losses are from the enemy team killing our nexus before we can kill theirs.

There doesn't have to be a point of blame in losing a game. Everyone can play their best and still lose.

really 90% of it can boil down to "they're a better team than we are"

What causes most losses?

The nexus exploding causes 100% of all losses, though it's not on the poll.

Umm... poor choices. Add "just got outplayed" or "other team was just better". It's like all of the choices are bitch ass excuses. The fuck.

Teams that don't group/push objectives.

I voted Trolls.

I've a higher than 50% win rate over all (53% I believe) and when I'm on my main Heimerdinger I'm at 62% win rate (or something around there).

First month and a half of ranked I did play poorly some and had a 40% win rate. But in over half my games (because I keep notes of losses/wins and what happened during the game good or bad) I had trolls/afks.

Those games were easily winnable as I was plenty ahead and in control of objectives, they just gave up and would not listen to me.

Lately, now that I'm back in diamond, it's that bot/mid usually get too far behind that I'm not enough ahead top to carry them. On the same note even if I am even/behind, I'm still drawing multiple pressures (jungle+mid) and the team isn't capitalizing on the pressure. They then see me being negative KDA but STILL pressuring and won't listen.

It's a variety of factors but trolls wins as I almost always do well/win lane (But obviously can still improve).

Riot's ghetto matchmaking system causes the most losses.

90% of my losses are of my own poor play -- I can always do better.

I played a draven game last night were people were toxic but we won simply cause the enemy played poorly

Hochelaga7/17/2017, 5:07:12 PM1 votes

playing poorly is not the appropriate word. ''Making a mistake'' is.

Making a mistake is the start of various problem.

Teammates rage against you Your mistake tilts your allies It discourages you it snowballs ennemy it makes communication more toxic.

People should just learn to cool down sometime

And I insist that it's not because you played poorly. Most of the time, you play against players the same level as you.

Losses vary, of course, but there's one thing that always happens. One thread that carries through all of them. The one thing that has happened in every single loss that I have fallen victim to is...our Nexus blew up.

PLAYING POORLY, Especially when lvl 0 champs dominates your team and opponents have multiple lvl 5-7 champs

Junkο7/17/2017, 7:15:12 PM1 votes

Most of my losses are because of that 1 guy on team (usually ADC, which is sadly the most important role to have late game) decides to not come together with the rest of the team because they think somebody offended them once early game.

6 options and only one of them, only ever so slightly, resembles the enemy simply playing better than you.

Whatever you do, don't give them credit. They sucked, amirite? /s

all of the games i lose. i lose them in the most simple way of all. my skills (and that of my team if they need to be taken into account here) were not able to match my/our opponants skills. hence we get outplayed on most fronts.

i could start blaming others for the loss. but even that is simply my own fault in the end as i did nothing to help them back and finding their footing for a leap forward.

so 80% me. 20% my teams fault.

For me specifically it would have to be me and/or my teammates just playing poorly. I would also say that poor teamwork is also a factor in it as well, as the teams that stick and work together more tend to win more often than those that just splinter off and do their own thing without actually using teamwork to try to win fights and/or objectives.
