[Rework Concept] Ashe, the Archer Queen

Passive - Frost Shot: Ashe's basic attacks and abilities apply Frost to enemies, slowing them for 2 seconds, which decays over time. Ashe's basic attacks against slowed enemies deals bonus physical damage, based on Ashe's critical strike chance.
Ashe's critical strikes double Frost's slow strength.
Q - Ranger's Focus - Passive: While Queen's Fury is inactive, Ashe's basic attacks against slowed enemies grants Focus, stacking up to 4 times. With the stacks decay over time. Each stack also grants a small increase to Ashe's attack range, against slowed enemies.
- Queen's Fury - Active: Ashe gains bonus attack speed for 4 seconds and causes each of her basic attacks to fire a flurry of 3 arrows. Flurries trigger on-hit effects only once, and each arrow, after the first, deals reduced physical damage and also applies Frost Shot. Each arrow can critically strike.
W - Winter's Volley: Ashe fires 9 arrows in a cone in the target direction, each dealing physical damage and applying Frost Shot to the first enemy in their path. Each arrow can critically strike.
- Queen's Volley - Queen's Fury: Ashe fires 3 waves of 9 arrows in a cone in the target direction, each dealing physical damage and applying Frost Shot to the first enemy in their path. Each arrow, after the first, deals reduced physical damage. Each arrow can critically strike.
E - Spirit of the Freljord: Ashe sends a hawk spirit toward a target location, revealing the area along its path for 2 seconds and in a large radius at its destination for 5 seconds.
Ranged allied champions who attack enemies that are revealed by the hawk spirit will cause the hawk spirit to dive down and attack the target, applying Frost Shot's slow and dealing bonus magic damage. Each flurry of arrows from Queen's Fury triggers the bonus magic damage from the spirit hawk.
R - Avarosa's Arrow - First Cast: Ashe fires a giant arrow of ice in the target direction. The arrow explodes upon hitting an enemy champion, dealing magic damage and freezing them for a few seconds, the damage and duration is increased based on the distance the arrow traveled. Enemies in a cone behind the target take half the initial damage and half of the stun duration. While frozen the enemy champion acts as terrain.
- Second Cast: Ashe freezes herself and her vision is fixated on her arrow. Ashe can then direct the arrow towards the mouse cursor for the next 3 seconds. After the 3 seconds, or when the arrow hits a champion, Ashe will unfreeze. While frozen Ashe acts as terrain.
