Innate - Umbral Assault Passive: After casting an ability, or upon entering camouflage, Nocturne's next basic attack within 4.5 seconds will cause him to cleave his blades in a circle around him, dealing bonus physical damage and healing himself for each unit hit, up to a cap. The amount healed against enemy champions is doubled.

Q - Duskbringer Active: Nocturne releases a wave of dark energy in a line, dealing physical damage to all enemies hit. Enemy champions hit leave a dusk trail for 5 seconds, causing Nocturne to gain bonus movement speed while on the trail and ignore unit collision.

W - Sleep Paralysis Active: Nocturne releases an orb of sleep inducing energy in a line after a short delay, dealing magic damage to the first enemy champion or large/epic monster hit. The orb will render the target drowsy for 0.75 seconds, which gradually slows them, after which they fall asleep for 1 seconds. Nocturne's next instance of physical damage against this target will cause him to invest them whilst they sleep, ignoring a percentage of their armor and fearing them for 1.25 seconds.

E - Dark Shroud Active: Nocturne dashes in the target direction, gaining a spell shield for 1.5 seconds upon completing his dash. If the spell shield is consumed he will gain bonus attack speed and attack damage for 4 seconds.

R - Paranoia Active - 1st Cast: Nocturne releases clouds of dark energy that travel outward a long distance over 2 seconds and remain for 10 seconds. Enemy champions who remain within the clouds are nearsighted and Nocturne will become camouflaged so long as he remains out of close range of his targets. While Paranoia is active he may recast it

Active - 2nd Cast: Nocturne dashes towards an enemy champion within the clouds, dealing physical damage to them.

I like the idea, keeps a lot of current Nocturne but delves into his whole nightmare theme a lot more. The W and E ideas are a little too strong though; A slow that then sleeps and then fears whistle causing nocturne to do more damage is too much, so probably just remove the fear part entirely but the whole infesting them as they sleep is super cool. Also, the E should probably be tuned down a little, so remove the extra attack damage. Other than that the idea is really good.
