Vayne's ranked statistics are hysterical
52.10% winrate. 23.31% pickrate. 41.95% banrate.
The ONLY other adc with a banrate almost as high as Vayne's is Lucian's at** 25.92%** (almost HALF of Vayne's and his winrate is an atrocious 47.78%).

Yeah, she needs a nerf. I think dialing back the roll CDR on her ult and gating it behind ult rank is the way to go. For example, she gets no CDR at rank 1, 25% CDR at rank 2, and the full 50% CDR at rank 3. That makes her, holy crap, a late-game hypercarry with a weaker early game? Whoda thunk.
Just remove 50% bonus CDR on Tumble from her Ultimate and make it so her Silver bolts deal Current HP true damage damage instead of max HP true damage.
this is just her stats including the lower divisions.
last time i checked, at master tier+ her pick rate was 27% and 56% winrate.
Bro when you have to complain about something, bring some facts and make sure you have sources. Crawling on https://www.leagueofgraphs.com/champions/stats/vayne/diamond ( which is a site that I find very reliable ) , checking different elos, you can see that she never gets to 52.10%, which, however, I think is a rather approximate value. It's annoying to play against her ( and this is the only reason why she has such an high ban rate), but she is not a win condition champion. If you look properly at the stats from the site I linked, you can see that her popularity and banrate fall and rise every single year for 2 to 4 months, she had an higher ban rate last year than it is now. Her winrate throughout the 2018 has been lower than 50%, was it okay ? I did something like 2000 games with Vayne, and you can't imagine how frustrating it is to be instaflamed when you try to pick her in a Diamond elo Ranked game when she is not "meta" , then for about nine months a year, and that I have to be blamed for the rest of the game if I die once cause "useless champion". All these guys that now are complaining about Vayne are the same guys that flamed me when I picked her and she had a 46% winrate.
Vayne needs to have her Q CD reset reverted, but you need to stop arguing every day without bringing some fact.

I personally ban her every game by default but its really just a tactic of mathematics. The best champions to ban are always the ones that are most commonly picked. Denying someone a champion they want to play is the most sure fire way to disrupt their game, screw picking and counter picking.
Champs that should be auto banned by every-time are Ezreal, Kai'Sa, Lee Sin, Thresh and Vayne. You ban those champions in any match and you are practically guaranteed that at least 1-2 players are not going to be running their main and in low Elo where most people live, this is the most sure fire way to kick of a match with an advantage.
Champs I see being banned often in low elo is like Udyr, Tryndamere, Heimerdinger, Diana and Nasus ... which begs the question why? These champions have some of the lowest pick rates in the game, in 90% of the games, no one was going to pick them anyway.
I'm sure its different in higher Elo's .. but if your in Iron-Gold, play the odds.
people saying for tumble to get cooldown based on lvl is dumb she doesnt need the 50% cooldown late game shes already strong late game the buff was to make her impossible to 1vs1 early
Everybody believing that phantom hit is the issue is an idiot. Invisible Q tumbles into 800 crits are arguably worse.
Remove her W synergy with Guinsoo's double hit passive. Probably the bare minimum starting point imo.
which website are you using? is it's lolalytics or leagueofgraphs, they don't use the proper formula and she ends up with doubled pick rate as they're using the theoretical 200% pick rate, which does not exist in ranked
I hope vayne get a Turbine level nerf so we never see her again call it the Sea Lion patch, maybe bring her back after worlds during patch 9.23-0.
