Taric Rework
Taric is already a viable champ. But his abilities lack the umph that new champs and reworked champs are bringing to the table. Here's an idea on how to approach a Taric rework. I haven't come up with values, it's not my strong point. But I hope everyone likes the idea.

Passive- Gemcraft Taric's basic attacks gain extra effects while in the AOE of his gems. These effects increase with the level of each corresponding ability. Ruby- Basic attacks reduce cooldowns. Diamond- Basic attacks grant a shield that lasts for a couple seconds. Opal- Basic attacks deal extra damage based on Taric's current armor. EDITED- Taric and nearby allies gain additional armor for each gem in field.
Q- Ruby Taric summons a small gem from the ground at target location. The gem acts exactly like a ward, with less vision. Taric may activate Ruby again, causing the gem to shine a red aura that heals allies for its duration. The amount of health restored is decreased for each ally in its effect. Only one ruby gem can be In the field at once. Reactivating this skill adds a couple seconds to the ability cooldown.
W- Diamond Taric summons a small gem from the ground at target location. The gem acts exactly like a ward, with less vision. Taric may activate Diamond again, causing the gem to shine a blue aura that lowers enemy champions armor for is duration. Only one diamond gem can be in the field at once. Reactivating this skill adds a couple seconds to the ability cooldown.
E- Opal Taric summons a small gem from the ground at target location. The gem acts exactly like a ward, with less vision. Taric may activate Opal again, causing the gem to shine a white aura and stuns enemies once its activated for a short time. Only one opal gem can be on the field at once. Reactivating this skill adds a couple seconds to the ability cooldown.
Ultimate- Radiance Taric smashes the ground with his hammer, dealing damage in a small AOE and activating his dormant gems. Gems that become activated from Radiance have an increased AOE. Taric begins to radiate for a few seconds, and allies in his area gain the effects of Gemcraft. EDITED- The amount of armor received from Gemcraft is increased during Radiance.
