Announcer, minion, lane "Skins"

Hey guys, been watching other mobas and most of them offer custom announcers but with a pretty lame caveat

They only work for the guy who has them chosen

for me, this is a sin.

So I've been watching league develop lately and Riot has clearly learned some important tricks from their competition. Namely in leveling/missions/etc

But I have seen a few hints that custom announcers are on their way, mostly just in a few games, such as the Draven mode a year or so ago, or Ahri in this mode.

Ok that's all good, but if Custom announcers were to be included, I'd like to request that they are universally recognized as unlockable rewards for missions involving your champion. And that when your champion does something, the whole game hears their voice saying something. For example a graves gets a double and the announcer for that double kill would be graves.

Penta kills could be something special, let's say kled gets a penta, the announcer says something like "YAHOOO!!! Now lets get the other four!!"

This could be complimented nicely with character interactions, such as if yasuo kills riven, or shen kills zed making a reference to avenging their master

other interactions could be on assists, for example, a Caitlyn and a Vi take out a jinx, VI might start saying something like HA I FINALLY GOT YOU YOU LITTLE C-" cut off by cait "Criminal.. right?"

next comes, in the same vein, custom minions. these minions would spawn in your assigned lane (extra keks for laneswaps), we already have black market brawlers, pool party, draven, project, arcade, christmas, spooky, and star guardian minions. It would be cool to see them spawn more than once a year, and it would be cool to be the guy who caused the spawn. alternatively, skins could just be assigned to teams that have their attached skin on them, like if there are 2 or more project skins, with tiers unlocking for more.. just as a fun little feature

Finally we have lane skins, these would be sort of like map skins but just for your assigned lane (Bot might be a little wonky) the area of your half of your lane would simply be modified to look a little different, like cityscape instead of trees, or stone walls etc.

all of these could be sold for RP, IP, or as special rewards. they would add a lot of life to the game/
