Ruff Concept: a Totem champion
i understand Riot has been looking for a way to create a totem champion.
Why not have a champion that has the effect that Skarner has but with wards?
Here is the thought. if the champion is within wards then it receives buffs of some kind.
Being that people Queue up for different roles this can also change the effects of the wards from different players.
or have the available class change what kind of effect the ward would have.
As a passive: Tanks - Increase in resistance Marksmans - Attack damage increase Control (Supports) - a shield in that area Slayers (Assassin) - Add a proc damage or something that gives the champion some burst Fighters - movement speed Mage - AP damage increase
Or even make the totems add to what he does. example if he hits a ability on a champion the near by totem (ward) will cause that totem to add a slow or give a chain lightning proc.
this is just a general concept and shouldnt be viewed as more than a base to start spitballing ideas about.
