Ability: Shedding

It is that time again... after a heavy night of drinking, i got to thinking.. Also i blame imgur for that creepy ass snake gif.. http://media.giphy.com/media/MeaIHfIcjVYM8/giphy.gif we all know things like QSS and GP oranges.. and zhonyas and other things along that lines.. but wouldnt it look so cool to have a champion that when hit up with Debuffs can leave that outer shell behind? ? O.. you got exhausted.. now its on that shell instead of you.. Here is something that could be really cool about it.. O.. you took blue buff and you want to give it to someone.. shed that thing off.. and who ever stands on it can get the buff / Debuff that you just removed off you.. ??? think of Rift herald buff how when you kill him it sits there.. right.. now if it sits for too long it goes away.. right? now think about a champion that can take any buff/debuff of them and put it in this thing that any team member can pick up.. Freaking Crazy .. right.. then you throw an AOE slow around it so you can use it as an escape if you are running.. and bam.. a functional utility ability.. also .. the person that sheds the abilities and actually pick them back up if they wanted them. you got Baron and your split pusher died??? no problem.. shed that buff off and give it to him. You got Red and want to deliver it to bot lane.. NP ... shed that puppy right off.. Your mid laner needs mana and you just stole the enemy blue buff.. no problem.. shed that puppy right off.. Malzahar ults you.. no problem.. shed that puppy off and he can be happy enough to keep ulting that shell till he decides to stop. Edit: i do believe in this ability but i dont draw.
