Brief Overview: Gades is designed to be severely gimped in both damage and range when not hunting a target or in direct combat. This aims to create a bilateral playstyle. Gades has a strong presence in teamfights through AoE damage as well as crowd control, all the while requiring strong positioning due to the relatively short range of Echolocate and post-casting displacement penalty of Terror Dive. At the same time, Gades is capable of hunting down lone targets who get too close or aggressive due to the reactive nature of Void Echoes and its refreshing component as well as the short range of Echolocate. TL;DR - Gimped when not being attacked, powerful when attacked.

Void Echoes (Innate): Gades’ attacks deal 80% of attack damage to unmarked enemy champions. Gades screeches upon receiving damage from an enemy champion, releasing a shockwave which fears enemies for 0.5 second and marks them for 5 seconds. This can only occur when no enemies are marked. Enemies marked with Void Echoes are revealed. When attacking a marked enemy, Gades will use a ranged screech instead and refresh the mark. Shockwave Radius: 2500

Echolocate (Direction): Gades screeches in a cone, marking enemies with Void Echoes and dealing 25 / 35 / 45 / 55 / 65 (+ 100% AD) physical damage. Enemy champions who are already marked will receive an extra stack and have the mark refreshed. At 3 stacks, Echolocate will cause enemies to flee for 0.5 second and remove all stacks except one. Angle: 60 Range: 650 Cooldown: 11 / 10.5 / 10 / 9.5 / 9 seconds

Beck and Call (Passive/Target): Marked enemy champions are also slowed by 5% / 6% / 7% / 8% / 9% and receive 6% / 8% / 10% / 12% / 14% additional damage from Gades. He can call on a marked enemy champion to double these effects for 3 / 3.5 / 4 / 4.5 / 5 seconds and refresh the mark. Range: 600 Cooldown: 14 seconds

Terror Dive (Target): Gades leaps into the air towards a marked enemy champion then dives the rest of the distance while screeching. Enemies caught in the path of the dive portion will flee for 0.5 second and are dealt 50 / 60 / 70 / 80 / 90 damage (+75% AD) physical damage. Upon landing, Gades tumbles a short distance in the direction of the dive. Range: 750 Cooldown: 16 / 15 / 14 / 13 / 12 seconds

Ethereal Voice (Active): For the next 5 / 6 / 7 seconds, attacking a marked enemy will spawn a phantom near the enemy. Each phantom immediately casts Echolocate at the next nearest enemy, dealing 30% / 40% / 50% of the damage and spawning another phantom before disappearing. Each attack can only spawn one phantom per champion. Cooldown: 100 / 90 / 80 seconds

So this is designed to be an ADC void champion? Personally when I hear Voice of the void I think a silence based support, especially when you consider the void has no support champion unless you count Vel'koz. I really like the design of the champion but he doesn't feel very void-like to me other than his use of spam-fearing the enemy, might want to find a way to get him to stack something since every void champion stacks something. The multiple echo-locates is a good start but my problem with that ability is that it sounds rather similar to Rek'sai's burrowed detection, it doesn't sound like it should do damage. I think the concept is great but a problem I see is that MasterYi can't do jack to him since as soon as Yi ults he'll be forced to run away at the speed of sound, I'm all for champions countering others but it might be a little ridiculous especially since it's an AOE fear.

(Side note, Kalista does only 90% of her regular damage and is just fine so I think bumping it up 80% would be fair.)
