@Riot - Player Made Skin Ideas

Whenever someone on the forums or reddit posts a skin idea and you like it and decide to use it, what kind of process happens after that ? Do you inform said artist about wishing to use their idea? Do you give them any sort of credit? Do they receive the skin on launch? Etc? Any insight as to how this process works would be greatly appreciated. It intrigues me! :)
