With a potential Piltover/Zaun event around the corner

What are the odds that get some new skins? Jayce, Ekko, and Jinx all recently received skins so I don't think they will be getting any. I know that during the Bilgewater Event all got skins so I'm just curious

Is it really confirmed that we are going to get a Piltover/Zaun event? I would totally love it, since these 2 cities are my favourites in Runeterra.

I really hope that is the case and champions from there are going to get some nice skins.
