did with their legendary skins. Zed and Shen have not received skins in awhile and I think their relationship is far more interesting than what Riven and Yasuo have.
I know Rito probably already have Shen and Zed skins ready and waiting but a man can dream right?

I think the thing with Riven and Yasuo isn't so much their rivalry (which barely exists to be frank) but more about their similarities. They're both swordsmen on self imposed exile because their own people tried to kill them. It's practically coincidence that their backstories are linked. But I digress.
I think Shen and Zed would make good candidates for Dawnbringer and Nightbringer skins. Their rivalry on the surface is a more straight forward Light vs Dark but at the same time it's a good, relatively fleshed out rivalry beneath. Old rivals gone down different paths, always at odds with each other. Shen fighting to keep the balance, and Zed fighting to disrupt it. They'd be perfect as Dawnbringer and Nightbringer.
If you listen to some of Yasuo and Riven's voice lines, it seems to be that their Dawnbringer and Nightbringer skins are the culmination of their search for the power to destroy each other. Shen and Zed would work that theme so well it's crazy. For reference, one of NB Yasuo's voice lines is "You and I are from a time before memory." I like this one because there's a lot of meaning hidden in it. Imagine Shen and Zed taking their conflict to the extreme like that. So much potential.

I'd like him to be the legendary in the next PROJECT: line tbh, he should be a legendary good guy, or bad guy, maybe Zed and Shen work together in that universe?

Riven and Yasuo haven't even met. As far as i remember.
But then again, i haven't read the updated lores...eh...am i still right?
I'm not against the Cosmic Blade Shen or Dark Star Zed Ideas but I think they should be new ideas or even, Dawnbringer or Nightbringer ones. Make THAT the VS skin line.
Since Shen is a top laner from 2010, I'm hoping maybe he's the Ultimate we are waiting for ;)
