Balance, Balancing.

So this is a really weird concept, I don't know if Riot Games has it anywhere. I know that they have a game design team, but do they have a Balance Team?

THATS WHY THEY ARE TERRIBLE AT BALANCING! I understand now. They aren't paid to balance the game, they are paid to change the game. Duh. Silly me. They don't balance, because they don't know how to.

10/10 Recommend hiring people to actually balance the game, instead of randomly deciding what they want to see next meta.
