Champion Concept- Vira, the Shipwreck Searcher
Vira is a blue-skinned woman with scales on her forehead. She has a glowing blue bow and arrow and dark-blue hair.
Primary and Secondary Roles- Marksman/Mage (ADC) Movement Speed- 340 Range- 575 Health- 535-1604 Mana- 302-895
Passive- Shell Shield
Vira gains 10(+2/level) magic resistance and 20(+1/level)% tenacity. In addition, she expends 15% less mana while under half health.
Q- Watersnake
Vira sends a snake in a line. If It hits an enemy, it does 45/70/95/120/145(+40% AP) magic damage and drains 20/30/40/50/60(+6% AP and Bonus AD) if they are a champion then bounces to a nearby enemy. After there are no more enemies nearby or it has hit 7 enemies, the snake returns to Vira and recovers the drained mana for herself. If the enemy does not use mana, it instead deals more damage equal to the mana that would've been stolen (does not steal the health, just does the damage.)

W- Submerging Shot
Vira increases the attack range of her next auto attack by 250/270/290/310/330. However, it travels in an upwards arc, reaching its target 45% slower. When it hits, it deals bonus magic damage equal to 15/20/25/30/35 (+50% of her bonus AD) to the target and nearby enemies, stunning them for 1.3/1.4/1.5/1.6/1.7 seconds. If the enemies are on the far edge of the area of effect, they do not take damage but they are still stunned.
Mana Cost- 40/45/50/55/60 : Cooldown- 13/12/11/10/9 : AoE- 280/290/300/310/320
E- Tidal Song: Inspire
Vira plays a tidal song to inspire nearby allies, increasing her and their attack speeds by 25/30/35/40/45% for 3/3.5/4/4.5/5 seconds. Including herself, she gains 15/25/35/45/55 (+10% of her bonus AD) bonus attack damage for every allied champion she effects with this skill. (This skill effects minions too, but does not count for the purposes of her bonus attack damage.)
Mana Cost- 60/70/80/90/100 : Cooldown- 19/17/15/13/11 : AoE- 600
R- Tidal Song: Slumber
Vira summons marine power for 0.6 seconds, then summons a cloud of water at an area, putting all enemies to sleep for 2/2.5/3 seconds and dealing 130/200/270 (+40% AP) magic damage at the beginning and end of the spell. Enemies will be awakened if they are damaged by a champion or epic monster.
Mana Cost- 120/125/130 : Cooldown- 135/120/105 : AoE- 250x450 Oval.
