Dear Riot,
While I do think the current skins are pretty good, all of them are below 750 RP, and don't change any particles or recalls. I think that needs to be changed. Theres so many things you could do with her although I currently am hoping for:
She is very under appreciated and needs some love in the cosmetic department.

She won't get any sort of big changes, if she is. Maybe number tweaks, and that's probably it. Meddler and Reav3 have stated Evelynn and Akali will need more work than the class update can give them, so they won't be receiving major changes because they'll most likely get a VGU within the next year that will address their issues. Reav3 even said Evelynn was the second most requested VGU candidate after Galio, and that he'd be very surprised if they got through 2017 without updating her.

She'll more than likely get changes to line her up with the new stealth though;
maybe that'll open up some room for kit adjustments?
