Still trying to think up a "Komachi" Champion. Anyone want to help out?
As we all know, Xypherous has more than once tried to make an expy of Komachi Onozuka from Touhou Project. So far, we don't really have a true scythe-user in League (Thresh's sickle doesn't count, and neither do any skins that feature scythes like Hecarim or Karthus), and I don't want to quit on trying just yet.
So here's another attempt! But it's still in brainstorming, so I want some help putting it together.
I've got a couple of skill ideas so far, as well as a potential direction for the design, but would like opinions from the community to help complete it. And as always, EXPECT CHANGES.

#General Design
Komachi is a "Shinigami" (it'd be called something else in League lore to avoid RL connotations) whose job is to shepherd departed souls into the afterlife, and to release the souls of those trapped in undeath from their torment. Komachi herself is a spirit being, but unlike most undead she's actually quite a nice person (provided you don't get on her bad side). She often likes meddling around in the mortal realm, despite all the trouble it can bring her.
In gameplay, Komachi is a melee juggernaut who both can enter fights more easily than her contemporaries and keep her targets from fleeing. She isn't quite as tough as juggernauts like Garen, but certainly has more positioning strength, and has enough tricks up her sleeve to make her useful even when she isn't doing her best.
#Abilities
(still in progress; suggestions will be appreciated)
Passive - (need ideas)
Q - Soul Strike
Komachi's next basic attack has increased range, deals bonus damage, and pulls (knockback) her target a fixed distance toward her. Resets attack timer; applies on-hit effects.
W - (need ideas)
E - Deathscythe
Komachi swings her scythe around her three times, each swing after a short delay (i.e. 0.75 seconds), dealing physical damage to nearby enemies. Each subsequent hit to enemy Champions deals increased damage.
R - (need ideas)
Hopefully this is a decent starting point. Anyone want to contribute?
