Welcome to my second champion concept, featuring Mathon, the Ascended Minion. I would like to say that I am not copying anybody's specific idea on purpose, though I do know that this general idea has been posted: A champion minion. (I WILL UPDATE MORE) NOTE: For the lore I am making a direct reference to the YouTube video : "LOL - Dear Diary"

Roles: Top, Hybrid, melee, ranged, jungle.

Stats:

Health: 445 (+87 per level) 2011 at level 18 Mana: 300 (+40 per level) 1020 at level 18 Health Regen: 8 per 5 (+0.8 per level) 22.4 at level 18 Mana Regen: 6.5 (+0.7 per level) 19.1 at level 18 Range: 150 (melee) (+0 per level) 150 at level 18 Attack Damage: 55 (+4 per level) 127 at level 18 Attack Speed: 0.694 (+3.1% per level) 1.060 at level 18 Armor: 16 (+3.5 per level) 79 at level 18 Magic Resist: 30 (+1.25 per level) 52.5 at level 18 Movement Speed: 345 (+0 per level) 345 at level 18

Passive:Empower. Nearby allied minions gain 4 ((+1 per level) 22 at level 18) movement speed, .4 ((+.05 per level) 1.3 at level 18) attack speed and 4(+1 per level) 22 at level 18) armor and magic resist.

Q:Lunge/Blast. In melee form lunges at an opponent, dealing 60/70/75/85/95(+50% AD) damage. If he kills a unit with lunge, the cooldown is refreshed. Assist grant half off from the base cooldown. With ult up he also causes an explosion upon hitting his target, which deals an additional 60/70/75/85/95(65% AP) damage in a 600 unit AoE. Costs 20/22/24/26/28 mana, with a 10/9/8/7/6 second cooldown. Range for Lunge: 800 units.

W:Minion Master. Passive: Whenever a nearby minion (allied, enemy, and neutral)dies, he has a chance to catch it. 15%(+2% AD, +2% AP) chance at levels 1 and 2 for: Melee, Caster, and siege Minions, cinderlings, raptors, the krug, sentries, and the murk wolves. 10% (+2% AD, +2% AP) chance at level 3 for: The Crimson Raptor, Greater Murk Wolf, Gromp, Ancient Krug, and Super minions. 5% (+2% AD, +2% AP) chance at level 4 for: The Red Brambleback and the Blue Sentinel. 1% (+2% AD, +2% AP) chance at level 5 for: The Dragon and Baron Nashor. Max 5 captured at once. Active: Summons all captured minions. Minions summoned this way do 20/20/25/30/35%(+2% AD, +2% AP) bonus damage, and retain any buffs on them when they were captured (As in, the dragon and Baron resistant skin buff, and the red golem will have it's buff for itself. When killed, all minions will give gold normally, but will not share any buffs. As in, killing a Red Brambleback that is captured gives no red buff.). Dragon and Baron have a maximum of 4000 and 10000 health respectively. They will not respawn until they are killed. Costs 50/50/60/70/80 mana, with a 40/40/35/30/25 second cooldown. Second Cast: Unsummons all minions left. When minions are unsummoned, their hp regenerates at 50 hp/second, or 100 hp/second if it has a buff of any sort.

E:Mini-shield/Whirlwind. In melee form blocks the next basic attack within 4/5/6/7/8 seconds, dealing 30/40/45/55/75(+60% AD) to all enemies within 600 units. This is only if an attack is blocked. With ult on also spins the air around him/herself and knocks up enemies it hits dealing 50/55/60/65/85(+70% AP). After 1.0/1.0/0.7/0.5/0.2 seconds the whirlwind moves out at 1250 units per second, also dealing 50/55/60/65/85(+70% AP). Costs 50/60/65/70/75 mana, and has a 20/19/18/17/16 second cooldown.

R:Final Ascension. Adds secondary effects to Q (Blast) and E (Whirlwind), gives Mathon +50/60/70 Armor and Magic Resist, +100/125/150 Ability Power and Attack Damage, and 25% critical hit chance on all attacks after a 1 second charge for 10/13/16 seconds. Costs 80/90/100 mana with a 100/95/90 second cooldown.

Lore:

Mathon was always found strange by the other minions; his belief that it was possible to survive, that he was able to have fun. But that was long ago, back before he was "Mathon". A very long time ago.

Back then, in his training days, he was simply known as "#804". But in training, he found another trainee--one that he liked, and who soon liked him back. Her number was #213. After a bond had formed, when it was time. Time to be sent to their deaths on the Fields of Justice. He promised to protect her, no matter what.

When #213 was called, he stole her badge and registered himself as #213. But, near death on Summoners Rift, he again, thought of her, and in that moment realized that, in fact, you don't have to die as a minion. A huge shield appeared around him, and in a flash, he was gone.

He went into a deep sleep, until the time that the true #213 died. When she died, her spirit searched him out, and joined him. This, and only this, was what brought him back. Together, they journeyed to the League, to show the other minions the way out of this cycle of death. Alas, few truly listened, but his presence alone made them stronger, and none can stand in the way of his power.

Tips:

Quick tips now, will add more.

Make sure to get cooldown reduction, so that you can use his E twice with ult on (at lvl 16)

Update Log: Made champion

Changed Minion Revival/Assisted Revival to Mini-Shield/Whirlwind + added stats to E and W, including scaling for capture chance and made the minions deal bonus damage

Added stats to Q and R

Started on base stats

Finished base stats and added attack speed buff to passive, added minions to W, and slightly nerfed Mini-shield and Power Change (+ I remembered to start Update Log)

Changed Whirlwind to a expanding area

Started seriously working on a name

Added name, seriously changed R (even name), and added lore +one tip

Nerfed Baron and Dragon Max health with W, and clarified how buffs work

Tweaked ult, added buff and charge time

lore has more corn then an Ohio farm...but the idea is nice
