Abilities:
Passive: Spirit Link -Tara has a pet wolf, Fang, that can be controlled separately by holding the alt key, with a leash range of 1000. Fang has 75% of Taras total AD and 50% of her total armor and magic resist. Tara begins the game riding Fang. When riding Fang, both Tara and Fang are treated as a single melee unit with Taras stats, and Tara takes normal damage from every source. When separate, Tara and Fang are treated as 2 units, where Tara is treated as ranged and Fang is treated as melee. When separate, Fang cannot be killed, but all damage taken by Fang is reduced by 75% (50% for turrets) and dealt to Tara as magic damage (damage reduction is applied after Fangs armor and magic resist). If either unit moves out of leashs range, the other will follow at maximum leash distance. Fang only applies on hit effects when Tara is riding him and can not critically strike on his own.. -When Tara is riding Fang, she gains an extra 12+(2.0*lvl) Attack Damage
All further spells are dual activation (first activation / second activation), and all ranges are centered from Fang

Champion Lore: In the time shortly before the League, there were those within the sinister city-state of Noxus who did not agree with the evils perpetrated by the Noxian High Command. The High Command had just put down a coup attempt from the self-proclaimed Crown Prince Raschallion, and a crack down on any form of dissent against the new government was underway. These political and social outcasts, known as the Gray Order, sought to leave their neighbors in peace as they pursued dark arcane knowledge. The leaders of this outcast society were a married couple: Gregori Hastur, the Gray Warlock, and his wife Amoline, the Shadow Witch. Together they led an exodus of magicians and other intelligentsia from Noxus, resettling their followers beyond the Great Barrier to the northern reaches of the unforgiving Voodoo Lands. Though survival was a challenge at times, the Gray Order's colony managed to thrive in a land where so many others would have failed.
Tara was an orphaned child that despised her life living on the streets of Noxus. She managed to survive through use of her undying will. Anything Tara decided on doing, she was immediately determined to accomplish. Tara also had a very deep connection with the magical world, particularly elemental magic. She frequently found herself accidentally igniting or freezing things. Tara tried her best to control her destructive power, but being very young and with no instruction, she found it quite difficult. She heard talks of the Gray Order, and their plans to leave Noxus. Willing to do anything to leave the horrid city, and in the hopes of finding a mentor to help her control her magical abilities, Tara tailed the Order on their journey. When she finally decided to approach the order, they welcomed her with open arms. she was given a caretaker and she quickly grew attached to him.
Taras caretaker was well-learned in elemental magic and taught her how to control her power, and how to focus it. In the next few years, Tara grew to be a very powerful and gifted mage. The entirety of the Gray Order was very impressed with how naturally she handled magic at such a young age. On the day of Taras seventh birthday, the leaders of the order had their child, Annie. Upon seeing Annie for the first time, Tara instantly felt a deep hatred. As Annie grew up, and her own power began to emerge, she began to overshadow Tara. Tara felt as she had in Noxus; alone and betrayed by her own people. She became an outcast among outcasts, spending all of her time honing her magic in order to surpass the prodigy, Annie.
One day, a very experienced mage from the order took some children wishing to learn magic outside the colony for a lesson. Annie went with the party to learn more to her art. Tara followed to learn whatever she could to gain some ground over her unknowing rival. All of a sudden, a great wolf leaped from the brush and incapacitated the instructor. Many of the children were frightened, however, Annie merely giggled and sent forth her bear Tibbers. The bear ferociously fought off the great wolf, leaving it mortally injured. As Annie and the other children began to help the instructor back to the colony, Tara stayed behind with the dying animal. She felt her anger welling up inside at how easily Annie and her pet were able to dispatch the beast. That rage was quickly replaced with amazement. She realized what she had to do to surpass her rival; she needed a companion of her own.
Knowing the wolf would not survive on its own, Tara established a link between her soul and the wolfs. She gave her determination to the wolf, and it began to stand. As it lurched forward and fell back to the ground, Tara saw it would not be able to move on its own. She stole a cart from the Gray Orders colony, and set out looking for someone to revive her wolf. Not trusting the Order that had betrayed her, Tara began to wander, her undying will keeping the wolf alive. Her journey brought her to Zaun, where she met Viktor. She begged Viktor to use his advanced techmaturgy to revive the great beast. Viktor eventually gave in, accepting it as a challenge. When Tara next saw the wolf, it let out a mechanical howl and stood strong at her side. She named the wolf Fang, and worked night and day to train the beast. She eventually heard that Annie had joined the league of legends. Delighted at the idea of defeating her old rival, Tara and Fang set out to join the League together.
Annie will regret the day she was born when she hangs from Fangs jaws -Tara
Champion Description: Tara is a young girl, on the shorter side, wearing a knee-length, black skirt, and a dark green vest over a pink t-shirt. She has a slender figure and long, dark green hair. Tara also wears a metal gauntlet on her left arm that Fangs leash extends from. Tara usually has a mischievous-looking smile across her face. Fang is a large wolf, (a little larger than the jungle wolves) with almost feral looking fur. Various parts of Fang are replaced with techmaturgical machinery that enables him to perform his ordinary actions. His fur is dark brown, while the machinery is a very metallic, light gray. Fang appears always ready to sink his teeth into whatever is in front of him.
Playstyle: The idea for Tara and Fang was inspired by several champs that have some sort of summon pet ability, or have some sort of pet with them (ex. Annie, Malzahar, Morde) and she is meant to be built as a semi-tanky AD bruiser. All of Taras abilities revolve around moving herself or Fang into position to either set up ganks, chase an enemy and lock them down, or to escape from sticky situations. I tried to focus her kit more around mobility and utility than damage, since they have the ability to essentially fight with the strength of two Tryndameres (minus the not dying part). All in all, I feel Tara and Fang would work well as top laners, due to their natural pushing and trade potential, along with their escapes, or as a jungler, due to the tankiness provided by Fang, and high gank potential.
If you liked any parts of this idea (or hated any) I would love to hear any sort of criticism. What's good, bad, needs to be changed, added, or taken out entirely, please let me know. I'll try to get concept art up as quickly as i can."
