Genjo, the Gunmaster
Hello, and welcome to my fourth Champion Concept. You can find my other three (and some other peoples') here.
And now, presenting, Genjo, the Gunmaster.
Genjo is an ADC whose abilities change how his basic attacks work. He uses ammunition instead of mana (explained more later), and focuses on using the right weapon at the right time to win his lane.
Roles: ADC
Appearance: Age: 50ish Height: Average, around 5'9" (5 feet 9 inches) Gender: Male Clothing: Loose but comfortable clothes, probably faded and torn blue jeans, a torn denim jacket, and a plain, slightly dirty white shirt. Race: Whatever the Valoran equivalent of Russian is. Face: Sharp, discerning gray eyes, tight lips and a broken nose. Sandy colored hair.

Abilities:
Passive: Gunmaster: Genjo uses ammo instead of mana, and can buy a pack of ammo instead of mana pots, which instantly restore 25 bullets (or the maximum for that weapon). Each of his basic attacks uses 1 bullet, though depending upon which ability is active (which gun he is using), he has different amounts. He has a limited amount, and it does not regenerate with time (it is instantly restored for all guns when at fountain). Instead, whenever a unit he attacked dies, he gains 50% of the ammo he shot back (rounded up) just for that gun, or if he shot it with more than one gun, he gets 25% of the ammo from other guns as ammo for his current gun. Genjo's attack speed cannot be changed, except by switching guns. When he first spawns, or toggles off all of his abilities, he is using a single-target pistol, with base AD 50 (+3 per level [104 at level 18]), a range of 550, 1 attack per second, and 45 bullets. He must wait at least 1 second between switching guns. Finally, his guns fire the bullets incredibly fast (4000 units per second), but if an enemy happens to move at least 300 units away, then the shot goes in a straight line from where his target was (think Lucian Q), and continues until it's max range or upon hitting an enemy. Does not apply for shotgun, because the cone is set from the moment you click to attack.
Q: Assault Rifle: Genjo switches to his assault rifle. Each shot has a 25/24/23/22/20% shot to miss, and a 25/24/23/22/20% chance to hit a nearby enemy instead (calculated separately). He now has base AD 40 (+2 per level [76 at level 18]), a range of 500, 2.5 attacks per second, and 50 bullets.
W: Shotgun: Genjo switches to his shotgun. Each shot fires in a 500 unit wide cone, dealing 10% less damage for each enemy behind an enemy hit (DOES NOT GET BLOCKED), and takes a moment to fire instead of instantly firing. He now has base AD 75 (+4 per level [147 at level 18]), a range of 450, .5 attacks per second, and 20 grapeshot pellets (bullets).
E: Care Package: Genjo fires off a flare, calling in a care package at the targeted location, arriving 10 seconds later. This is visible to the enemy only in the last 3 seconds. Only Genjo can pick up the care package with any effect, though enemies can destroy it for 20 gold, and allies can sabotage it if Genjo is further away than an enemy. When picked up, the care package restores 25/30/35/40/50% of each guns' ammo and 20/22/24/26/30% of Genjo's max HP. Also has a 50% chance of bringing in a teddy bear as well, which Genjo can right click to pick up and right click again to throw, stunning an enemy for 1/1/1.5/2/2 seconds (explained in the lore I will eventually write). Cooldown: 25/25/25/22.5/20 seconds. Holds 3 flares. Flares are restored upon returning to the fountain (much like a Crystalline Flask).
R: Sniper: Genjo switches to his sniper rifle. Each shot penetrates for the full range, dealing 10% less damage per hit. He now has base AD 100 (+4 1/6 per level [175 at level 18]), a range of 1000, .3 attacks per second, and 8 bullets.
