Julius, The Piltover Militia
Julius is a concept of a minion/summon champion who works by boasting a small array of Robots to fight for him in most battles. His kit's idea is to protect him as he whittles targets down with his Drone Swarm before he finally locks his victim within the confines of his ult. He could potentially work as support due to his W being unable to kill unless the target will die from essentially anything, and his ult giving him not only an easy way to lock a target down, but the passive gives him more utility with his monoliths. Of course, he can also work as a full tank top laner, due to some rather rewarding ratios on his spells that let him get only a little bit of AP if at all and still deal good damage with his spells.
Passive: Defend the General: Julius has 1(level 1)/2(level 4)/3(level 8)/4(level 12) flying drones on him at all times. Whenever a unit attacks him, the drones will retaliate, dealing 5(+3*Defenders level)(+0.30 AP) Magic Damage to the attacker. Additionally, every 5 seconds, a Drone will take a single target spell or basic attack for Defender, destroying itself for 10 seconds.
Q: Release the Swarm!: Julius issues a command, causing any summoned buildings to send forth 4 small drones. These drones act on a set AI, attacking anyone harming the monolith, then nearby champions, then any units Defender has attacked. These robots deal 30/40/50/60/70(+0.60 AP) Magic Damage per attack.
W: Warning Shot: Julius and any monoliths on the battlefield Blasts a target with a bolt of energy, dealing 50/80/110/140/170(+0.70 AP) Magic Damage and slows them by 30% for 2 seconds. Additionally, Champions cannot be reduced below 0 health by this ability unless they were at 1 health before being shot.
E: Summon Monolith: Julius summons a monolith at a target area after a 0.75 second delay, dealing 80/110/140/170/200(+0.70 AP) Magic damage. This Monolith remains for 10 seconds, and is used for Julius’ other abilities. Monoliths have their own health, equal to 100/140/180/220/260(+0.10 HP)(+0.40 AP) Health.
R: Hostage Detainment: Passive: Monoliths are granted a shield equal to 30/50/70/90/110 Health and grants the same shield to ally champions. Active: Julius summons a set of four monoliths, armed with defensive turrets, around a singular enemy champion. These turrets attack the champion target, dealing 50/100/150(+0.90 AP) Magic Damage per second for 6 seconds before the turrets deactivate. Additionally, these turrets act like the monolith, able to summon Drones and blast targets with Warning Shot.
