Ardin, The Poison Edge
Ardin is a poison based brawler, who uses both mana and health throughout his kit for a risk-reward playstyle, revolving around poisoning targets. Currently my ideas for him are very early on, so I'll put down what I have at the moment.
Passive: Feel the Rush: Each time Ardin casts a non-ultimate spell, he injects himself with a drug of sorts, dealing 24-86 (based on level) damage to himself. If he performs a basic attack to a champion, he refunds 75-125% of the health drained.
W: Feel no pain: Passive: Ardin's reduces damage he takes. After the first damage he takes from a champion hits, all damage afterwards is reduced by 5% up to a cap of 30/40/50/60/70% for 3 seconds
E: Just a try: Active: Ardin launches a tether into a champion, dealing a DoT to them over 3 seconds. If they run at the end, they take the DoT damage again and are stunned. if they stop by the end, they take no extra damage.
This concept is early on, but some Ideas I have include a mark for death ult, where he singles out a random enemy champion and makes his team deal bonus damage to them, and activate it to Suppress the target.
