Cole The Frozen Wildfire

Cole is a transforming champion in a semi-similar vein to Gnar, where he doesn't have direct control. however, Cole has more control in that he has to stack his passive up in a more controlled way. Additionally, Cole can work as an AD, AP, or Hybrid Champion effectively, making him difficult to itemize against. He would most likely be a mid, top, or super aggresive support.

Every Spell cast gives Cole a stack of Uncontrollable Power for 6(Level 1)/7(Level 6)/8(Level 11)/9(Level 16) seconds. Upon getting 5 stacks, Cole changes from his current form to the other, gaining different abilities. Q: Fire: Fire Blast: Cole launches a ball of fire in a target direction, dealing 40/60/80/100/120(+0.45 AP)(+0.50 AD) Magic damage to the first target, and applies a burn that deals 10/15/20/25/30(+0.35 AP) Magic Damage over 3 seconds. The area lasts 5 seconds. Additionally, while Cole is in the Area increases his Fire Blast by 10%. This bonus goes up an additional 5% if the target hit with Fire Blast is within the Area. Notes: Cooldown: 13/12.5/12/11.5/11 Spell shields will block the first second of damage. Mana Cost: 60/70/80/90/100 Ice: Smashing Glacier: Passive: Cole’s basic attacks slow the target by 3/6/9/12/15(+0.01)% for one second while in Ice form.
Active: Cole leaps to a target, and upon reaching them drops an Axe kick down, stunning the target for 1.75 Seconds, and dealing 6/7/8/9/10% of the targets current health as physical damage. Also, the target is surrounded by a 250-radius field of Ice, which slows all enemy units within the radius by 5/10/15/20/25%. Additionally, when Cole is in the frozen Area his Ice Blast deals 10% extra damage and Apply Chilled. If the target is hit with Ice blast is the frozen area, the damage is increased by an additional 5%. Notes: Cooldown: 14/13/12/11/10 Range: 450 Mana Cost: 60/70/80/90/100 E: Fire: Blazing Path: Cole dashes in a target direction, ignoring unit collision. At the end of the dash, all enemies around him are pushed back a sort distance, the distance increasing based on how close the target is to Cole. Afterwards he slows himself by 75% for 3 seconds or until he reactivates Frozen Wildfire. Upon casting, Cole will launch the ball to a target location, dealing 200/350/500(+0.30 AP)(+0.80 Bonus AD) Physical Damage and creating a 600-radius area of Fire and Ice, slowing and Burning all enemies in the vicinity by 80/130/180(+0.60 AP)(+0.40 Bonus AD) Magic damage.

Psycho Cole: Garbed in rags and hunched over. Kind of go at a Shaco-esque style with it. Perhaps a decent Harrowing Skin. Master Magus Cole: Garbed in Wizard Robes. Appears in control. (Legendary Skin?) Winter Nightmare Cole: Garbed in Winter gear with burn marks all over the outfit. Unique twist on Christmas Skins. Full metal Cole: Covered in Armor plating, Arms replaced with cannons Desert Warrior Cole: Shuriman inspired outfit

Lore: There exists a village, remote from most of the world, where the arcane is studied. Every child is born with some arcane power that they are a master of. For Cole, he did not discover this until recently. to make up for this lack of Arcane might, he instead would wander outside the village to fight the local wildlife, becoming a powerful hand-to-hand warrior.

However, he has now discovered that he is not the possesor of Arcane Mastery, but of two forms of magic. Cryomancy and Pyromancy, stronger than almost any mage beforehand. And this power became Coles greatest fear.

The magic was too much, and Cole's magic created a magic storm of fire and Ice barraging the village. With only himself to blame, he banished himself from his home, to try to control his power in solitude.
