Concept for New Champion: Tork, the Renegade Yordle

Yes, there are plenty of Yordles. And they have been receiving a lot of attention lately, Gnar release, Tristana and Poppy reworks. Well, as far as champion updates and releases are concerned, anyways. But, I think this kit is a pretty cool idea- and it only seems to fit for a Yordle. Please enjoy. [slayer-pantheon-popcorn]

*note: There will be no damage ratios, or stat variables. I figure, that's something the professionals should handle.

LORE

There are great Yordles who have swayed the hearts of men. Kennen has the respect of Ionia. Heimerdinger has the admiration of Piltover. Then there are Yordles who aren't so loved by many. Tork is a Yordle that provokes people. Born in Bandle City, his family decided to migrate to Piltover while he was young. Many Yordles were migrating to Piltover to seek opportunity, many became menial laborers working to put their children through school. This was the plan for young Tork, but fate had something else in store.

The ship Tork was travelling in was attacked suddenly en route. Pirates began boarding the ship, and stealing all the Yordles' provisions. While the pirates were rounding up the Yordle captives, Tork's mother placed him in a barrel of grains. After the pirates rounded up all the Yordles, and sacked all the provisions, they fled the ship and swiftly destroyed it. Tork was discovered hours later, in the docks of Bilgewater. The captain laughed heartily, but something about this child had spunk. So the captain decided to raise the young Yordle, and called him "Tork" for the first thing the child said to him.

Tork grew up tough. Years of travelling the seas, and pillaging the vessels of other Yordles gave him a detestable image. However, his mind grew bored of the simplicity of the sea life. Much of his ideas were put into use by his crew, and the crew relied on his engineering skills. So as an aspiring teen, Tork went to his surrogate father with a request. The captain looked at Tork admiringly, and set course for Piltover.

Tork left the crew behind with a rugged goodbye, and a swift kind gesture; and they sailed off into the night. Tork only knew one life: the life of a pirate. So, he started stealing to get by. Soon, he had enough to enroll in Piltover University. He had heard rumors circulating about a Yordle professor who's been blowing everyone's minds in the field of techmaturgy. That's who Tork had to see. But, Heimerdinger was brilliant and strict. Tork learned a lot, but the Yordle professor had little time for beside-the-point questions. Tork didn't want to do the work, and flunked out.

Tork decided to get back at the snooty University. So he broke into the warehouse at night, and stole as much materials as he could sneak out. He hid out, putting the materials to use. He set out with a vision: and soon the vision became reality. After days of laboring away, Tork had finished his "Mechacycle". His first thought was to get back to Bilgewater, and bring this invention with him. He would get with the old crew, and bring pirating to the streets. But, he didn't even know if it ran. So, he got on the machine, and started it up. The engine roared louder than any beast or contraption he had ever witnessed. The rumbling was incredible, and Tork began laughing maniacally. He burned out, shredding the ground and creating an enormous cloud of dust before taking off with a massive burst of speed. Tork flew through the Piltover streets, tearing apart the roads and rooftops. He left Piltover, and felt an amazing rush of power. So he set off on his own, pillaging cities for years. Then he grew bored, and he got to thinking. If he continued working on the mechacycle, he could do anything. But, how to prove it, he thought. The League of Legends, of course!

Appearance

Tork has a white spot covering his left eye, and a single curved white stripe that traces the spot. He has a rugged beard, and dark gray fur. He drives around in his mechacycle, which is bulky- making his movement simple.

ABILITIES Basic Attack

  • Tork fires a pistol, which he carries with him.

Passive- Mechacycle

  • Tork's abilities consume fuel, movement costs fuel, and fuel is gradually lost over time. When Tork runs out of fuel, he becomes immobile and begins to re-fuel. Tork can move again once he's consumed enough fuel, or can re-fuel until full.
  • Tork stops refuelling when he moves, or casts an ability. When Tork stops refuelling, the mechacycle spouts a cloud of heavy exhaust behind him that damages enemies hit.
  • Tork can move through units, and deals damage to units he travels through. This damage is slightly increased against enemies effected by crowd control (fear, stun, silence, polymorph, etc.)

Q- Bigwheel 10 Fuel

  • (passive) Tork gains no movement speed bonus from boots. Tork must purchase the item "Tork's Bigwheel" to access this ability.
  • Tork's Bigwheel: cost-350 unique passive: Bigwheel- +50 Movement Speed. Levelling the ability "Bigwheel" increases the Movement Speed buff from this item.
  • (active) Tork rams into target, dealing damage and knocking them back.

W- Heavy Revving 15 Fuel

  • (active) Tork revs his engine, causing a mighty roar that causes fear in enemies in a surrounding AOE for a short duration. The AOE of this ability scales off Tork's current movement speed, that is to say: how fast he's moving while he casts the ability. The duration of the fear is increased with ability level.

E- Fuel Exhaust Fuel per Second

  • (passive) Tork tweaks his fuel system. Putting a level into Fuel Exhaust raises Tork's maximum Fuel.
  • (active) Tork burns fuel at an accelerated rate, causing toxic fumes to emit from his mechacycle. Tork's fuel exhaust blinds enemies, and damages them for the duration of the spell's effects. The damage dealt is increased by increasing the level of this ability.

Ultimate- Peel Out 25 Fuel

  • (active) Tork begins to peel his tire against the ground. While peeling out, Tork kicks up rocks and dust behind him in a large cone. Enemies in the cone take physical damage over time and are slowed while inside. The amount of damage dealt is increased with each level of the ability.
  • When Tork finishes peeling out, he drives a great distance forward with 500% of his movement speed.

This sounds like a very unique concept.

Saw lots of talk of you saying Riot ripped off this concept for Kled. For what it's worth, this guy sounds more like a weird Singed, Hecarim hybrid. He doesn't sound anything like Kled.
