I suspect this is probably a one-time thing from Riot -- they'd have to be really careful doing this again, since they'd have to make sure they don't make Rakan and Xayah feel any less unique by the addition of another specific romantic duo.

That said, it probably could be done if done carefully. Probably not for a long time though.
