But this art is stunning! Riot please make a tradition of giving credit to the splash artists! Besides credit I mean their name and a link to their art station profile. Artists are very underrated!
You know it is actually kind of weird that Riot doesn't give out the artist name for their work unless you go searching for it. The splashes we see are just AMAZING and yet the artists don't get much appreciation for them it seems.

If they gave credit for splashes, models or textures like how magic the gathering credits for card art, id be super in to that.
There's no real excuse for Riot to not have a credit page of some sort. I want to know about the artists, but also about the voice actors, and I'm sure other people want to know more about the people who work on other parts of the game. "Too many people to list" is not a good excuse, that's why there are 15 minutes+ long video game credits out there.

Artists are not underrated, more than 8 artists likely worked on this art, since it is a collaboration work, its property of Riot Games and what not (a "team" effort, there is no "I" in team (but there is a me(memememe))) it is done appropriately, if you inspect the splash art VERY scrutiniately at the per pixel level you will find the contributes 'marks' (much like the "mona lisa"s left beyond on microchips and what have, drawn with...you guessed it, actual electrons using a sub atomic 'particle'(for give the gross use of that inaccurate science like meme) manipulator).
These artists are paid adequetly (unlike say, convention or struggling artists) this probably cost riot what....10-12K to have done? maybe 2-3K if it was a "speed paint"
I like the splash as simply a piece of art. In that regard sure, it's great. But it also doesn't look anything like Brand to me. I wouldn't know it was him if something didn't tell me. When I saw the video of the upcoming skins I didn't know it was Brand until I saw the spells go off. I don't like the skin itself at all and I'm sad that it means it's probably going to be a very very long time before a new Brand skin I like comes out.

It is kinda sad but I think technically when an artist does work like this for a company, the intellectual property doesn't belong to them anymore. It belongs to Rito.
so we have, ezreal vs brand, ahri vs ziggs, blitz vs riven, what are the remaining boss match ups? so far the match up seen to favor the arcades over the boss, (ezreal and ahri can dodge their enemy skills and riven wants to be up close anyway)

Much like the warden and world breaker skins. Splash art is beautifully done. Wardens skins look okay. World breaker skins look worse than base.
