Riotmoonstones7 votesWe're working on it! ^-^ To clarify, she was never intended to be released immediately after the All Star event.

GhostOfTsushima1 votesWell what about the 2016 SKT Skins? What is their status?
Desiderium2 votesThey're probably almost done. Or done, and they're just waiting for the mid year All Star event, which is when they usually release new Team skins along with re-releasing old ones. The event is usually around May or June.
Riotmoonstones1 votesWorkin' on it! :D
ModWulf Helhammer1 votesLast known status was it is in design phase.
