champ concept - the construction worker who builds and breaks
His name is Bob.
Passive: Constructive Criticism While near terrain and towers, Bob deals additional damage.
Q: Hammer Gun Bob shoots his hammer like a gun using his incredible triceps and biceps muscles. The hammer is extremely heavy and will knock away enemies hit. If the hammer hits terrain, the terrain will be busted open in a straight line for a few seconds.
W: Repair consultation Towers and terrain want to be repaired after all the collateral damage throughout the rift. But Bob is a busy person. Choosing a tower will fix up health a little after a delay. The fix is cancelled if Bob dies before the duration or goes out of range. Similarly Bob can fix up terrain however terrain fixing is instantaneous.
E: Bulldozer enlistment Bob rents a bulldozer and temporarily gains movement speed, additional damage, and armor. The bulldozer penetrates terrain and enemies are shredded for their resistances. Bob can be dismounted by crowd controlling Bob.
R: Metropolitan Vision Bob envisions a metropolitan future for the rift and Bob can build his own constructive ideas on the rift. These are permanent until destroyed. Bob rolls through his ideas and chooses between two ideas. A building which allies can enter to gain additional armor and magic resist OR a high speed railway which connects between two destinations for extremely fast travel.
Both these projects are large systems and will require a long time to construct. The constructions will be delayed even further each time Bob leaves the construction site and if Bob dies the construction will be scrapped.
