Heiwa means Peace/Harmony Tamashi means Soul "Kami no ken" just means God Sword

Lore: (WIP) Once upon a time in Ionia, There was a Great warrior name Muhai Tamashi, Lord of the Tamashi Clan and wielder of the legendary Kitana "Kami no ken", a blade forged and wielded by only the greatest Tamashi clan warrior. It is said that an ancient Tamashi sword-smith master forged the blade with a powerful spirit stone embedded deep within it's steal, and only it's true master, the true Lord of the Tamashi, may wield it. But this isn't another glorious story of Muhai Tamashi, this is a story of his only child, his daughter, Heiwa Tamashi.

Her story begins with the passing of her father. Muhai's had suffered from a sickness that he contracted from battle long ago, and passed away in his sleep. It was Tamashi tradition, that the "Kami no ken" be placed peirced standing into his grave, and only it's true master may lift it and become the new Lord of the Tamashi clan. Many warrior's had visited the grave and each had failed to lift the blade, it would have appeared that no warrior would be able to surpass the great Muhai Tamashi legacy.

So she's like the daughter of a legendary Swordsman, how passes away and leaves her, his only next of kin, his "God Blade" Many of his enemies and those interested in the blade for malicious reasons, like selling it etc seek the "God Blade" She is a pacifist by nature, and never learned to fight like her father, but is forced to wield the blade to defend and protect both herself and the blade. She is a young woman, similar to Lux or Talie (i assume), she stands awkwardly, grasping the sheathed blade like a toy or fragile object, close to her heart. She can't get rid of the blade, as it return to her no matter how far she throws it. she cannot give it to another person, as only she is able to carry it. She must fullfill her fathers wish and become a stronger person, only then can the blade move on. Thus forcing her into the summoners rift. (another story of great power, great responsibility. Finding courage and strength when you have no choice but to fight)

Courage(Secondary meter): Heiwa starts with 0 courage and can gain courage from damaging enemy units, but she can also lose courage from taking damage from any source. All her abilities rely on Courage, they don't drain it and only require her to have it. Her passive allows her different bonus's based on her Courage %

0-19(Frightened): Heiwa gains increased movement speed when moving AWAY from enemy Champions. (Reverse Janna passive basically) 20-80(Reluctant): Heiwa gains increased AD and Attack Speed when attacking enemy champions. 81-100(Brave): Heiwa gains a small bonus % in all her stats when near enemy champions.

Courage from minion/monsters: +5 from damage dealt/-3 from damage received. Courage from Champions/Epic monsters: +10 from damage dealt/ -6 from damage received.

Her basic attacks look like she hitting her enemies with the flat side of the Sheathe.

Stay back! (Q): Heiwa gathers her strength and swings the sheathe in an arc in front of her, dealing damage and knocking back enemy units a short distance. Heiwa swings the sheathe in front of her, dealing 30/50/70/80 damage(+AD) and knocking back enemies. Must be reluctant to cast. Cooldown 8/7/6/5 seconds Unsheathed: Increased effect range of damage and knock back. (removed wall/dodge/block effect)

Bonk! (W): Heiwa raise's the Sheathed weapon above her head and then hit a single enemy. Heiwa charges the sheathe, her next basic attack deal small damage and fear's the target for 1.5 seconds. Must be reluctant to cast. Cooldown 7/6/5/4 seconds unsheathed: Does increased damage on hit and creates a wind blade that can strike multiple enemies in a line behind the target.

CATCH! (E): Heiwa throws the blade where it will hover for a few seconds before returning back to Heiwa. Heiwa throws the blade to a target location (like nidalee spear), it will hover at location for 3 seconds (like Thresh lanter), allied champions can activate it to follow it back to Heiwa. Enemy units take damage during travel and return. (like sivirs ability) Must be reluctant to cast. Cooldown 8 seconds Unsheathed: If the blade hits an enemy champions , Heiwa can reactivate the ability to pull the target towards her. (can be removed with banshees)

*Father's Spirit(R): Heiwa and her father's spirit are one. allowing Heiwa to sheathe/ unsheathe The "God Blade". (Upon reaching level 6 and with Brave on her courage meter, her father spirit can be seen embodied with her) Drains 3 courage when in use. cooldown 3 seconds. sheathe/unsheathe(Toggle): Heiwa can choose to sheathe/unsheathe the "God Blade", Her abilities have different effects when Unsheathed.

Update 21.11.2016:

  1. Created a "Courage Meter" for her resource
  2. Changed some description for clarity
  3. Added Cooldown and Cost/requirements for abilities.
